- Great product, price and especially customer service. I'm in the USA and understand the potential for "lost" packages. 3rd yearly order and it finally happened. Thats when I found how good Herbies customer service really is. Quick comunication and resoloution. Replacement shipped and recieved in 9 days, no charge. That is impressive, THANKS folks. As to the product, I've 50 years experiance doing this, strictly personal use. Extreemly viable seeds, healthy plants and very accurate discription of end result. As long as I'm above ground and they're in bussiness I'm a customer.

- Great web site! Probably the largest selection I have seen. Very responsive staff, excellent at getting back to the customers. However, I never received my product. Just a letter from USA customs letting me know it was confiscated in New York.
Herbies did their job, as well as US customs......... customs just did it better. Still a great company.

- Order from Herbie's during the Holiday. I am in the States and I sent Cash... Talk about Nervous, Scared and Freaked Out!!!! Soon as my anxiety kicked in Herbie's sent me a tracking number. I got everything they said now I am going to wait on my babies and buy more from Herbie's.

- This is my first time using herbies and I highly recommend this website. Absolute best customer service I’ve ever received just about anywhere. If you have any questions or concerns the staff at herbies is more than happy to accommodate them. I was more than thrilled to find out I was able to communicate with an actual human about my questions instead of a robot which never gives you the answer you’re looking for. Looking forward to my order getting here and to be a new customer of this organization, two thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽😎

- only one of green house seed co lemon skunk beans spouted.Blackskull seeds were fine so far i have a problem years ago with seeds not be what they say they were hoping for the best.

Seedbanks guarantee maximum germination, meaning that 70% of seeds in a pack will germinate, for example - at least 7 out of 10 or 3 out of 5. However, cannabis seeds are biological material and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors. Cases of bad germination are relatively rare, and we have a claim form to help our clients in case they have faced a problem with germination. You may fill it up if you've faced issue with our seeds, and compliance manager will get in touch with you shortly.

- I’ve used Herbies for nearly 7 years now. I have to say that I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of this company. I always receive my order, and in perfect condition and have never had an issue in multiple orders. There’s usually original breeder packs and the ones that are not in them are nicely labeled and packaged. Great job guys and thanks for being there for us U.S customers. Very Reliable!
