Holiday Hours At Herbies: Let’s Celebrate Together!
While the holidays are quickly approaching, we would like to keep you up to date about some changes in our schedule.
Shipping Service:
On December 24-25, and on January 6, Herbies' order shipping service will be unavailable, as the Spanish national post service will be on holiday during these days celebrating Christmas and Epiphany (Three Kings’ Day) respectively.
All orders made during this time will be dispatched on the next working day. Our support team will also still be available according to the regular schedule to help out should you have any questions. However, they’ll be taking some holiday breaks of their own on alternative dates.
Support Team:
Agents from our client support team are some of the most hard-working people at Herbies. Just like all of us, they’re excited about the upcoming holidays, and we hope you won’t mind them taking some time off. Here are the changes to the schedule of our support team:
December 26: Available 9am-12pm GMT
December 27: Available 3pm-11pm GMT
December 31: Available 9am-1pm GMT
January 1: Day off.
On all other days, the working hours of our customer support remain as usual: 11am-11pm GMT.
