Holiday Season Brings Shipping Delays

Winter holidays! Aside from all the fun they promise, we’re currently facing shipping delays caused by the excess workload experienced by postal services.

Judging by past years, when placing orders around the winter holidays – in December 2021 and January 2022 – you can expect shipping times to become up to twice as long than what’s indicated in our Shipping Calculator. 

This is something we can’t control, but we couldn’t leave you unwarned. What we can do in this situation is protect you in case your order gets lost in transit during these busy times. We’re therefore making the period during which you can ask us to resend the order twice as long as well.
