Amnesia Auto: Great For Hydroponic Grows

Amnesia Auto is a bestselling strain that produces some generous yields compared to other autoflowers. It’s been found to perform best under a hydroponic setup, but is nonetheless a hardy plant that can thrive in any medium and will be a delight to grow for even beginner cultivators.

Harvests deliver around 500g/m² (1.64 oz/ft²) in just under 11 weeks.
The plant is short in stature, reaching a final height of 1.2m (47”).
It needs a max EC of water of 1.2 in the vegetative stage and up to 1.6 during flowering.
The recommended lighting is 450W CFL for veg and 600W HPS for flowering.
Recommended nutrients are the General Hydroponics and General Organics range.

Genetics For A Cerebral High

Amnesia Auto is derived from Amnesia Haze, which of course gives this autoflowering cannabis variety many of its characteristics, including its highly cerebral high and sweet flavors. Amnesia Haze itself is derived from Thai, Hawaiian and Afghani strains, and the Afghani genetics in particular is from where both Amnesia Haze and Amnesia Auto get their uplifting and psychedelic sides.

  What can I say, this strain is absolutely incredible, I'm going to have a good stash to smoke, I'm sure of it! It's been a great learning experience for me with these amazing plants, except for one plant that grew abnormally and seemed to constantly shed white hairs, but after doing some research, I'm sure it was because it was in a warm spot in the corner of the tent and wasn't getting the ideal environmental conditions. The abnormal one still grew, very frosty, so I cut it down and stored it in the freezer to try making cannabis butter. Other than that, it was a joy to sit and study the cultivation of the plant. They didn't need large amounts of nutrients. I will definitely grow it again as it didn't give me any problems, which made it easier for me to learn the basics of growing this extraordinary plant.

  This variety is really easy to grow; it didn't need much attention and grew well on its own. Since it was growing quickly and its leaves weren't yellowing or anything, I also gave it a little fertilizer. It really seemed to pay off in the end. I guess it's true what they say about less is more. Letting it mature a little longer also seemed to have a positive effect on the final result.

  It's still growing, I'm growing it for my daughter. Four weeks of flowering and it's a beast in a 3x3 tent alongside an OG Kush and a Gorilla Glue from Herbies, and those are monsters for autoflowering strains. Enjoying this grow, I'm getting ready to order again soon.

  No real drawbacks... I've noticed it seems to have more hairs than the automatic Northern Lights.

  Another excellent seed for beginners, especially indoors... I'm new to indoor growing myself and Amnesia is very similar to Northern Lights Auto... decent quality buds without breaking the bank.
