- I'd never ordered seeds from outside the US before, because I'd heard horror stories and seen terrible reviews. I decided to take a chance and found a company, placing my order. It was a disaster; they took three months to deliver my seeds. The stories were true, I thought to myself. Discouraged and angry, I continued ordering from US seed banks. The only problem I had with that was the cost. Then one day, while searching for potential seed banks to expand my breeding collection, Herbies popped up. I saw that it was a European-based company, and flashbacks to the last one (UK) hit me again. All that aside, I decided to check out the website. The first thing that caught my eye was the price; they were reasonable. The second was the selection. After days of deliberation, I decided to give Europe another chance and placed my order through CC. It went through, and I waited for delivery confirmation. A week passed with no confirmation, so I inquired and received a reply stating that some of the seeds I had ordered were out of stock. Again, I thought, "Oh no, not again!" But then something unexpected happened. I received an email from customer service apologizing for the delay and offering to make up for it with bonus seeds. I closed the email and reopened it to make sure it wasn't a joke, and there was a link to these bonus seeds. I've been ordering seeds for years and have had delivery problems in the US, but none of the companies I've dealt with have ever offered such compensation. Two days after my inquiry... I received a confirmation and tracking number indicating that my seeds were on their way. I then chose my bonus seeds, which, by the way, were shipped a week later with a tracking number. Overall, my experience with Herbies has been a real eye-opener regarding the importance of their customers and the effort they put into retaining them. Since then, I've moved Herbies to the top of my list of strains to purchase. As for germination, THEY ALL GERMINATED, another superior quality trait. So, to the Herbies staff: WELL DONE!!! You've made yourself a customer for life!!!

- So glad I found this site. Until now, I've found it difficult to get seeds at a reasonable price if you're ordering from the US—either by cash (arrrrrrgggghh!) or certified check/money order (ughhh). Herbie's has a HUGE selection, the prices are good, and the ordering process is quick and easy... with reasonable credit card fees that are lower than what I'd pay with other sites to send cash or a certified check by registered mail. And much less hassle. I also like their full descriptions of each strain on the individual seed pages. Maybe I'm just taking the plunge here, since I just placed my first order. But I have to say, I'm very excited about Herbie's, and I'm bookmarking this site to be my new go-to for new seeds.

- I placed my order on September 13th, paid for it, and received it on the 22nd. Super fast shipping considering I live in the US. Customer service guided me through the entire payment process; they were very friendly! This is my first time ordering, but if everything goes well with my strain and germination order, I'll definitely order from Herbies again! I've found my new seed bank! -Thanks

- Shocking so far. I'm waiting for my refund and compensation, despite all the hassle I'm going through to get my money back. They should send free seeds to maintain the custom.

- I've ordered over a hundred seeds from Herbies over the years, and believe it or not, every single one has germinated. Every plant will produce a good quality and quantity of buds with the care you give it. Their seeds have always been what I've asked for, and if not, they'll provide you with alternative options to the strain you're looking for, almost as if they grow themselves or are simply good at their job. I've had a few delivery issues in the past, as expected, especially lately. But Herbies has always taken care of me and ensured my satisfaction. I'll never order my seeds anywhere else because I know I can trust Herbies. Their prices are reasonable, and their free seeds only demonstrate how much they value your business. The Herbies sales staff are very polite and respectful and quickly resolve any issues with an order; if something is out of stock, they'll find you a close replacement. I could go on and on, but why fix something that isn't broken? If you're here for the first time debating whether or not to order from Herbies, I'll tell you that everything will be fine. Start small if that makes you comfortable, but if you're looking to launch and grow, you're in good hands with this company 👍🏻

BUT THAT'S WHY I BUY FROM HERBIES SEEDS. THEY ARE FAIR, HONEST, AND TRULY A GREAT SEED COMPANY. I'VE BEEN USING HERBIES SEEDS FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS NOW AND I'VE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.
