- I was a little nervous at first, as I'd never ordered seeds before and didn't know what to expect, but the representatives I spoke with put me at ease by tracking my package and providing excellent customer service. I'll definitely order again.

- Just so everyone knows, I'm from New Zealand and live in Australia. I bought some seeds, they lost my package, then I reordered and asked for extra seeds, and they did that for me too. I just received my package and I'm over the moon! It arrived, thank you so much Herbie's Australia!

- I tried to place an order, but the system was messed up, I guess. I ended up having to go through my bank to get my money back. The transaction didn't go through, but there was a shortfall. I ordered from here years ago, and it was easy to order, and the product was excellent. I'm nervous about trying to order from here again.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Information about the payment process is provided during checkout here: https://herbiesheadshop.com/payments. When choosing to pay by card, the customer must ensure their card has 3D Secure technology enabled. Instructions on how to activate this feature are also provided there. 3D Secure is a security system designed to protect your account from fraudulent activity. Furthermore, our system only accepts standard debit or credit cards that allow international transactions.
When processing a card payment, the confirmation process includes reserving the total amount needed to complete the purchase. In cases where authorization is not received by our transaction processor, the card will not be charged for the order. However, the card issuer may hold the funds, and you will see this in your transaction history for up to 10 business days before the full amount is released and credited to your account balance. We have been informed that you have already received your funds, as the money is normally automatically refunded within a few days. Our company also offers other payment options, so our customers are welcome to choose them if card payment doesn't seem suitable. - I received my order exactly as I placed it. It arrived in beautiful, neat packaging. Everything looks great and will take a few weeks to develop. I'll write more as time goes on. Excellent shipping service, that's what it is. It took me longer to get a headset for my Xbox than my order did, so I can't complain at all. I would definitely recommend buying from them again.

- I’ve now ordered a few times from the store as I like the free seeds and the live advice. I am disappointed in that unfortunately I have to say that roughly 50% of the seeds either didn’t germinate, or appeared to have genetic related issues out of the gate. A large portion of those did come from “free seeds“ but I don’t consider them free when I consider them part of the purchase overall and you earn more for a larger purchase. Nowhere did it say “free lower quality seeds“ anyway - these were all three seeds. I’d say 20% of the purchased seeds didn’t germinate either or immediately died. I have learned to make sure to read the most recent reviews for each stream as people will rightly complain about that.
Separately- I wish they would provide, even if digitally, a custom guide for each seed pack purchased as there are so many strains or similar names, Fast versus regular, etc. that when you’re trying to grow multiple strains, if you don’t pay very close attention to flowering times, you can easily screw up. Just overall, it would’ve been nice to have some guidance like you have on your website, perhaps even more detailed, about each strain purchased. And ideally, something printed or printable or easily readable via mobile to keep nearby. And this is something that could honestly be done very quickly, inexpensively, and would result in increased customer satisfaction, repeat purchases, and likely website traffic across the purchasing funnel.
Last 2 things - the website does have issues on mobile. And certain things like the separate payment systems and The requirement to choose regional are a bit dated of a solution, and a few other things related to the website functionality on a technical basis. Secondly my most recent order has not shipped and it’s already been several business days. There’s some sort of delay and that’s somewhat disappointing.
All that being said, it’s a good value for what worked and I’ll show up here again I know a little bit more.
