- The customer service is fantastic. Delivery times are accurate. I received my first order today in Australia. Small bags containing my seeds, all labeled inside a t-shirt. So excited because I'm a first-time grower for medicinal purposes. Thank you so much!

- My seeds were sent to a post office in North Carolina for pickup. I don't live in North Carolina. So far, customer service hasn't been helpful.

- It took just under a month to arrive here in Melbourne, Australia. I was a little skeptical at first about buying the seeds because I've had bad experiences in the past, but that wasn't necessary here because the Herbies seeds arrived! I'm very happy with how they're doing so far; they even included some free Gorilla Glue seeds with my Girl Scout cookie order! I highly recommend Herbies seeds, and I swear this is a legitimate review, so don't hesitate to order from this site. I assure you there's no scam here! Thank you, Herbies, for sowing a huge A+++

- About five weeks ago, I ordered nearly three hundred dollars worth of seeds that never arrived. I contacted my local carrier, who told me the package was lost. I then contacted Herbies, and they told me I had to wait another two weeks before even considering returning the seeds. I seriously doubt they care about my seeds or my money. I won't be buying from them again anytime soon!

According to our policy, we consider a package lost if its tracking information is not updated within 25 days. If you have confirmation from your local post office regarding the loss of your order, please share it with us so we can resend your order immediately.

- I'm still waiting for the seeds to arrive. I ordered them five weeks ago, three weeks after placing the order, and still nothing. However, good communication with Herbie's reassured me with another order, but I just received the exact same email saying it will be late and not to worry. Unfortunately, I doubt I'll be ordering again.
