How long does it take for a package to be delivered to New Zealand?

Delivery usually takes 8 to 15 days after payment is verified and the order is shipped.

How well will the seeds in my order be concealed from prying eyes?

We offer an enhanced discreet shipping service to New Zealand and conceal the seeds inside items that do not arouse suspicion to avoid confiscation at customs.

What should I do if my order is seized at customs?

All orders shipped to New Zealand are insured, which guarantees you the right to two free reshipments in the event that your items are confiscated by customs. You can contact our live chat support if anything goes wrong.

Payment in New Zealand

In what currency is the payment made – in New Zealand dollars?

All card payments are processed in euros. If your card is denominated in New Zealand dollars, the amount will be automatically converted, and you will receive the amount in your currency in your account.

How can I pay for my purchase in New Zealand?

You can pay for your order using a debit or credit card, cryptocurrency, Apple Pay, or by bank transfer.

Do I have to pay any additional fees?

Your bank or payment provider may charge a currency conversion fee. If you’re sending cryptocurrency, there may also be network fees. The only additional charge on Herbies’ side is shipping insurance, which covers up to two free reshipments for added peace of mind.

Are there any restrictions on cards or bank accounts?

Herbies accepts only valid debit or credit cards with 3D Secure. Make sure your card can be used for international transactions. As for bank transfers, you cannot make a payment from ANZ or Kiwi Bank. Make sure your bank can receive transfers to Caixa.
