Description
Delicious Cookies Strain Info
Delicious Cookies is an impressive blend of some of the best American genetics. With a 60/40 Sativa/Indica composition, it’s very balanced both in terms of growth characteristics and effects. The plants grow tall and bushy with large, dense flowers covered in THC-rich trichomes, delivering an intense yet functional high. The exceptional nature of Delicious Cookies won it a Copa Mendoza Cup in Argentina in 2024.
Genetics
This hybrid is a complex multi-way cross of four North American strains – Girl Scout Cookies, Wedding Cake, 707 Headband, and Death Star.
Flowering Time
Delicious Cookies has a rapid flowering time of 55-65 days. This allows for a quick turnover indoors and lets you bring this plant to maturity in a warm, temperate climate by October.
Yields
Above-average yields are just one of the factors that make Delicious Cookies so popular. Indoors, it produces 600g/m² (2oz/ft²), while outdoors, each plant can yield up to 1.5kg (3.3lb).
Effects
The high begins with a rush of euphoria that boosts your mood and energy for work, leisure, and social activities. You'll stay relaxed without jitters, able to focus on tasks. After a while, a more laid-back mood sets in, allowing you to stretch your legs, watch a movie, or listen to music.
THC and CBD Levels
The abundant resin production leads to high THC levels of up to 24%, while CBD content is negligible at nearly zero percent.
Smell and Taste
Imagine having tea with biscuits – this is exactly the aroma that Delicious Cookies offers. Meanwhile, the smoke tastes earthy with subtly sweet overtones.
Grow Tips
Delicious Cookies grows large and vigorously, while its numerous buds produce an unusually high amount of resin. This outstanding performance earned it second place as the best outdoor variety at Copa Mendoza in Argentina, 2024. Indoors, you’ll need to manage its size, but there’s nothing the standard canopy management techniques can’t handle.
- A ScrOG setup offers the best yield potential.
- Use an organic medium and nutrients for best flavor.
- Increase resin production with full-spectrum LEDs.
