Edam Bomb, also known as Cheese Bomb, is a regular cannabis strain by Bomb Seeds which came about as a cross between the well-known UK legend Cheese – a vigorously-growing hybrid with fantastic smell and taste – and Bomb 1 x Bomb 3. Not only is it a fast-growing hybrid with excellent properties, its THC levels are as high as 15%!
Exceptionally Fast Flowering Period
Edam Bomb prefers a mild climate and thrives in the Northern Hemisphere as long as she gets enough daylight towards the end of its 6 – 8 week flowering period and night-time temperatures stay above 15 ˚C. Indoor yields for Edam Bomb are 400 – 550 g/m2 while outdoor growers can bring in as much as 500 g/plant and more with a little training! After a rapid vegetative phase, Cheese Bomb ramps up bud production to create large, dense flowers dripping in terpene-loaded resin – ideal for making cannabis extracts! Edam Bomb has a very unique smell, taste and appearance. Its large, pale-green buds are covered in a thick layer of trichomes making it sticky to the touch. While this makes handling a little more difficult, this time is gained back as a result of its high calyx-to-leaf ratio meaning she requires very little trimming.
