Bred from Chocolate Diesel, Chem Sister, and Sour Dubb, Gorilla is truly a potent Indica-dominant hybrid with rockstar genetics. A kicker? For sure! After 60 days of flowering, this feminized strain produces stunning king-size buds that are soaked with 25% THC. To get the fattiest buds ever, it’s recommended pruning lower branches of the plant – it will give more energy to the upper ones resulting in a heavier yield. Being a heavy producer, Gorilla brings 550-600g/m2 if cultivated indoors. In the outdoor environment she “gets wild” rewarding with jaw-dropping crops that scale up to 1000g/plant.
When growing Gorilla, be aware of her potential size. Her plants start small, but they can get as big as 120cm indoors, or shoot up to 3m in the open air. With this knowledge, experienced growers recommend keeping her vegetation down to a minimum of 2 weeks and using SCRoG to control her height. An easy-growing strain, Gorilla needs ample light to meet her potential, so a 600W HID, or an equivalent LED will do the trick. She also needs a moderate supply of nutrients and regular watering to show her best.
