"Everyone’s crazy about Original Glue’s potency just as much as everyone adores Girl Scout Cookies’ flavors and effects, right? So why not combine both and create one of the most potent autoflowers in the game?" This was probably the thought process of Fast Buds’ breeders behind the creation of Gorilla Cookies Auto, and, we must say, they succeeded! Gorilla Cookies Auto is a true monster of a strain, with 28,5% THC, a mind-blowing mix of flavors fresh out of a bakery, and insane euphoric effects

Smell And Taste: Kush & Cookies

When it comes to the terpene profile of these feminized autoflower seeds, the first thing you’re going to be hit with right after opening the jar with buds is fresh mint chip cookies. When lit, the flower of this cannabis strain exudes a complex blend of kush, lemon, and diesel. The layered nature of Gorilla Cookies Auto remains when you smoke it as well, giving you cookies on the inhale and bright citrus zest on the exhale. Delish!

Gorilla Cookies Auto Grow Info: Sticky, High-Yielding, And Mold-Resistant

Despite being called a gorilla, this autoflowering cannabis strain stays compact throughout its whole lifecycle, reaching only 100cm (3’2”) in height. So, if you’re a little tight on grow space, we highly recommend these Fast Buds seeds. Even though the plant is pretty short, its production matches those of the highest yielders – expect to harvest up to 650 g/m2 (2.1oz/ft2) indoors or 50-300 g/plant (2-12 oz/plant) outdoors in just around 10 weeks of flowering time.

The structure of Gorilla Cookies Auto is incredibly sturdy thanks to a thicker main cola, fatter branches, and wide internodal spacing. However, the multiplied resin production may make the branches lean. Here are some tips you may want to follow to make the most out of Gorilla Cookies Auto:

  • Use bamboo sticks or nets for additional support of heavy branches laden with buds.
  • Increase the number of bud sites by defoliating and implementing LST techniques.
  • Gorilla Cookies Auto is a hungry cannabis strain and can take up more nutrients, especially after day 21 of its lifecycle.

It's alive, flowering, and smells wonderful despite my clumsy hands. My first time growing anything, no experience whatsoever. I ordered seeds and even got a few free gifts, which was nice. I sowed two in cotton pads and one in hydrogen peroxide. The one in water germinated faster, so I removed the pads and soaked the other two. After three days, the first one had a 7mm taproot, the others about 4mm. I mixed commercial potting soil, coconut fiber, and perlite, half and half. I washed the coconut fiber once, discarded the dust, kept the pieces, and mixed everything together well. I filled three plastic cups, made 1cm holes in each, placed the seeds horizontally, covered them, and then put the clear cups on top. Two germinated quickly, one took about a day. The largest one stretched too much and broke at the base under its own weight. I was gone for a day, came back, and it looked like a sad little noodle. I propped it up with a matchstick, and it survived! Once they had their second set of leaves, I transplanted them into 15-liter pots. I should have done that from the start, because I damaged a lot of roots while transplanting them. What a mess! I'm using two 135W panels and corner lights (two 16W and two 18W) in a 60 x 100 x 180 cm grow tent, with an 18/6 light cycle and a temperature of around 25°C. Sometimes it goes up to 30°C, which is too hot. I didn't use any fertilizer before flowering, then I switched to GHE Flora Gro, Bloom, and Micro. I mix at 50% of the recommended dose, gradually increasing it. I have two fans for air circulation, and I used to put a bowl of water in there for humidity, but I removed it. I water when the surface of the soil is dry, and I fertilize every other watering. The smell is starting to develop: it's time to install the filter. The pH is around 6-6.5. I've had some leaf problems (yellowing, curling), so I've adjusted the distance of the light to 35-45 cm from the canopy. Growth has slowed down a bit, but the side branches are lengthening. I've trimmed some leaves to let in more light. Sticky buds are forming and look promising. Your advice and comments are welcome! Peace to all.

A truly robust variety. It grows incredibly fast in good conditions (temperatures above 20°C and bright light). Indoors, under a 250W HPS lamp and two 70W LEDs, it reached its mature size in about two months. I fertilized it with a teaspoon of fertilizer per 5 liters of water, watering it once a week in a 25-liter pot. The photos are from the 7th or 8th week. Then, I moved it outside, and it survived nights near freezing (around +2-3°C) for two weeks. I thought it was doomed, but no! Its growth was slow in the cold weather, but as soon as the temperatures warmed up, it took off. A super resilient plant. No problems so far. A real powerhouse; I highly recommend it.

Stable genetics. If you know what you're doing and have the right equipment, you'll get excellent results. Nine days after planting, it's about 10 cm tall. So far, I haven't added any equipment, just a humidifier. It promises to be magnificent, as always, and my grow tent is going to be full. A word to balcony growers: remember that good results require some investment. You'll need a 150 x 150 x 350 cm setup, quality nutrients, adequate humidity for healthy leaves, and of course, precise temperature control.

Perfect for beginners! Mine is about 76 days old; I'm going to let it grow for a few more weeks. The conditions weren't ideal, so it's taking its time, but that's fine with me. I'm still quite new to this; it's only my second grow.
