Description
Grape Ape Strain Info
Grape Ape is a delightful Indica-dominant hybrid strain that has captured the hearts of cannabis enthusiasts everywhere. Known for its vibrant purple hues and temptingly sweet grape aroma, Grape Ape offers a unique blend of relaxing effects that make it perfect for a long-awaited escape after a busy day.
Genetics
This strain is a cross between the well-loved Afghani, Mendocino Purps, and Skunk #1. This genetic lineage contributes to the strain’s rich flavor profile and powerful effects, making Grape Ape a favorite among both recreational and medicinal users.
Flowering Time
Grape Ape typically has a flowering time of 45 to 55 days – a relatively short grow cycle that will allow you to enjoy your harvest sooner while still reaping the benefits.
Yields
When cultivated properly, Grape Ape can produce generous yields, offering 1.8oz/ft² (550g/m²) indoors and up to 1.7lbs/plant (750g/plant) outdoors.
Effects
The effects of Grape Ape are predominantly relaxing and euphoric. Users often report a sense of calm and happiness that washes over them, making it an excellent choice for evening use. It's known to help alleviate stress and anxiety while also providing a gentle boost in mood.
THC and CBD Levels
With THC levels typically ranging from 20 to 25%, Grape Ape packs a punch while still being manageable for most users. Its CBD content is relatively low, making it more suitable for those seeking psychoactive effects rather than therapeutic ones.
Smell and Taste
As the name suggests, Grape Ape offers a delightful aroma reminiscent of ripe grapes with hints of berry and earthy undertones. The flavor is equally enticing, featuring sweet, fruity notes that linger on the palate, with some skunky and musky hints, making each puff a truly enjoyable experience.
Grow Tips
Grape Ape grows to 3’3”-3’11” (100-120cm) in height and thrives in both indoor and outdoor environments. The medium height of Grape Ape makes it a perfect cultivar for tight grow spaces and inconspicuous guerilla grows.
- Ensure ample light and maintain moderate humidity levels to promote healthy growth.
- Prune the plant regularly to maximize airflow and yields.
