The ’80s Are Back

The name Northern Lights X is synonymous with excellence. It’s a feminized Cannabis strain that will allow you to encounter the classic earthy flavors of Northern Lights as well as its strong mind-numbing effects, packaged in a more resilient, higher yielding classic from the ’80s.

This strain takes an old school potent variety and makes it suitable for the newer modern demands. It boasts a medium-high THC level of 15%, with very low CBD and CBN levels.

The plants developed by this strain will have a medium height, as with most Indica-dominant hybrids, and serve quite well for cultivating in SOG. They can be grown in virtually any indoor system and many growers like mainlining this strain. It produces many flowers so densely coated in crystals, that humidity can become an issue if not controlled in time. Yields can range from 1300-1800g per plant outdoors, with indoors producing 550g–600g/m².

It should be ready for harvest from day 60-65 of the flowering stage. Make sure to harvest around October if growing in the northern hemisphere, and during April if growing in the south.

When Ocher Tastes Good

Be ready to meet a strong mental effect while having a very relaxing bodily experience. Some say this strain won’t let you think straight, because of the highly psychoactive buds for an Indica strain, but this is accompanied by enjoyable earthy flavors and aromas that are reminiscent of ocher.
