Expect a sweet and fruity explosion on your palate and a high that clears your head of any negativity while also numbing every ache and pain in your body.
Description
Purple Kush Auto Strain Info
The Afghani origin of Purple Kush Auto can be seen in every aspect, from the growth patterns and flowering speed to the first-rate healing and recreational qualities of the finished product. With this automatic version, you can enjoy the delicious fruitiness and earthiness of the smoke and a perfectly balanced high that envelops your body and soul in euphoria and well-being.
Genetics
This auto is a cross between two landraces, Hindu Kush and Purple Afghani. Such a lineage gives the hybrid its characteristic vigor and strength, while a healthy dose of Ruderalis DNA ensures its autoflowering qualities.
Flowering Time
With Purple Kush Auto, you can expect a slightly longer than usual flowering time of 70-77 days.
Yields
While not as high-yielding as most photoperiod strains, this Purple Kush is still quite generous as far as autoflowers go. You can get up to 1.1 oz/ft² (350 g/m²) indoors and 1.75-2.5 oz (50-70 g) per plant outdoors.
Effects
Purple Kush Auto is the perfect nighttime smoke, amazing for when you’re desperately in need of rest but too tired and stressed out to get some shuteye. Purging your head of anxious thoughts and your body of crippling fatigue, this is the ultimate weed for relaxation.
Medical Properties
Equally effective against any mental or physical symptom, Purple Kush Auto is a favorite among patients with anxiety and depression. It has also proven to be helpful in treating insomnia and different kinds of aches and pains.
THC and CBD Levels
Purple Kush Auto has a THC content of 21% that makes this weed very potent, while CBD levels are negligible.
Smell and Taste
Many Purple strains have a unique terpene profile, and this auto version of Purple Kush is the perfect example of how tasty dark-colored buds can be. They have a strong taste of sweet fruit and earth that explodes in your mouth, while the aftertaste on your palate is that of sandalwood and cream.
Grow Tips
Purple Kush Auto has a recognizable classic structure of a Christmas tree, a great uniformity of phenotypes, and a height that stays within a comfortable around 3 feet (90-100 cm). The plants will adapt to any cultivation style – you can train them or place many pots next to each other SOG-style, and the yields will be equally good.
- Install powerful lights to achieve the extra density of buds.
- Consider organics if you want especially rich flavors.
- Expose the flowering plants to lower temps to bring out the purple color.
