Strawberry Lemonade Strain Info

A 60% Sativa-dominant hybrid, this strain is probably the biggest and tallest in Barney’s catalog, with correspondingly high yields to match its height and girth, especially in outdoor gardens. Its potency is very high, and the flavor full-bodied and delicious.

Genetics

Strawberry Lemonade from Barney’s Farm was bred with taste and potency in mind, so breeders chose for parents the awesome-smelling and extra-potent phenotypes of Strawberry and Lemon OG. These flavorful influences come through in every hit you make.

Effects

The effects of Strawberry Lemonade are energetic and uplifting, leaving you focused, calm, and happy – a great medicine to treat stress, anxiety, glaucoma, and nausea.

THC And CBD Levels

If grown properly, these genetics are able to produce up to 24% THC as well as a respectable 0.8% CBD to mellow out the formidable potency.

Smell And Taste

Overflowing with terpenes, these buds have a sweet flavor similar to strawberry lemonade, with lemony and Skunky undertones. The aromas are sweet, lemony, and strawberry-like, with hints of earth and hash.

Yields

If allowed the space and time to properly vegetate, Strawberry Lemonade will reward the grower with more than abundant yields of up to 2.5kg (5.5lb) per plant outdoors. Indoor harvests are just as remarkable, with up to 700g/m² (2.3oz/ft2) under 600-1000W HID lights.

Flowering Time

Most plants will finish in 9-10 weeks indoors, and by mid-October in sunny and warm climates outdoors.

Grow Tips

This is a strain that takes a bit more care than usual, but the yields are well worth the effort. Buds will be long but by no means fluffy, and totally covered with resinous trichomes by the time you harvest. Due to its large stature and fast-growing characteristics, it may not be the best strain for beginner growers, but those that dedicate the time and effort will be rewarded with a bountiful harvest.

  • Use various canopy management techniques to curb excessive height.
  • Plan for a shorter vegetative period when growing this strain in tight spaces.
  • Plant it in early spring and top several times for mammoth outdoor yields.

Strawberry Lemonade Seeds

One of the bigger and high-yielding Sativa hybrid varieties out there, this innovative strain is available online only in the form of feminized seeds – the perfect option for amateurs and pros alike.

    • Advantages
A must-have strain! Recommended nutrients: Botanicare Rhizo Blast
    • Disadvantages
      May cause dry mouth
    • General impressions

Exceptional cannabis, I love the terpene profiles of this strain – a must-have. Incredible strain, but not for beginners. It's a hungry beast, and once you understand the amount of trichome production this strain produces, your feeding schedule needs to be perfect to keep up with the plant's diet. Once all that's sorted, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. To date, it's my new favorite strain, leaving you feeling calm, extremely happy, and energetic. Ideal for daytime use and for a productive day. A big thank you to Herbies!

This is a perfect variety for daytime use. Strawberry flavor with hints of Fanta 👌. Very flavorful strain. One of my favorites right now.
    • Disadvantages
      May cause dry mouth
    • General impressions

It smells and tastes like strawberry Fanta. One or two puffs of this strain and you'll feel a clear high. After two puffs, you can also relax or sleep well. My current favorite strain. I highly recommend this strain to everyone. 👌 😁

This stuff is wonderful! First you get very high then you slowly get stoned/couchlocked, medium to strong... The aroma and taste are sweet, sugary and slightly fruity, I love this strain.
    • Disadvantages
      May cause dry eyes
    • General impressions

Growth: The plants had no problems throughout their entire life cycle. WARNING: These girls are VERY hungry... They can easily reach an EC of 1.7... (well, that's a lot for me 😅). The plants get huge quickly and stretch extremely when the light is on 12/12. SMELL: This strain smells like berries with hints of pine. I'm in love 😍 Yield: Is very impressive, almost 600 grams of dried buds in 0.6 m²... very impressive 😎 Bud Structure: The buds are hard even though they look like a "Sativa Bud." A ton of trichomes and resin production is amazing, as you can see in the photos. I can recommend it to anyone who enjoys a really good smoke. This stuff is one of my new favorites.

What a wonderful sativa! Since it's a 60% sativa and 40% indica, there's a bit of both. Personally, I find it to be a manageable sativa effect (no paranoia or anxiety). It specifically makes me want to talk more and happily dive into all my growing work! Very uplifting with the indica, which doesn't make it too overwhelming. Incredibly smooth smoke/vape; the ash seems to be grayish/white. Overall, this is my favorite sativa I've ever grown because I've never felt overwhelmed by the effect, even for a veteran! If you have a room full of these girls, you'll definitely be greatly rewarded! I hope I've been able to help others grow some strawberry lemonade!
    • Disadvantages
      Nothing
    • General impressions

Overall, the growth was very good! It reached about 55 inches and probably would have been taller if I hadn't bent the main stem! Very long and strong colas while holding very dense, heavy, and trichome-laden sativa buds! Overall, 9/10, would absolutely grow it again!

I'm very surprised by the yield. The smell is very mild and pleasant.

    • General impressions

I think it's a really robust plant. Apart from a relocation and a minor mishap, it hasn't had any particular problems (insects, leaves, etc.). I did experience some nutrient deficiencies because I also switched fertilizer brands during flowering. I also think I should start adding more water around the 4th or 5th week of flowering (1 liter in a 12-liter pot is probably not enough to reach the bottom of the soil).
