She is known for her aggressive growth throughout the vegetative stage and for her overactive resin production, making her a hit with lovers of hash and waxes. Her crystal-covered buds decorate a short and stocky plant, hinting at some Indica in her genetics. Here is some more info to help you grow this strain:

    • Advantages
      The monster gives way... delicious
    • Disadvantages
I grew three, one of which started producing pollen sacs, so be careful. I still have over 5 ounces of that one with about 30 seeds, so it wasn't too bad.
    • General impressions

It can be a bit of a challenge, but I think most Gorilla strains are still worth growing because the bud quality and yield size are phenomenal. Each plant was mostly 6oz under a 600w light in just over 8 weeks of flowering, which is why I give it 5 stars.

    • Advantages
With its beautiful purple leaves as they mature, Trippy Gorilla only surpasses its stunning appearance with its lucid and motivating effects. It falls into my personal category, dubbed "The Walking Kind," a nickname that stems from my experiences hiking the Appalachian Trail. It truly inspires you to get up and walk down a trail to see what's around the next bend.

    • Advantages
Huge yields. Easy to grow. Devours nutrients. High THC levels. Grows in warm, humid weather during the vegetable stage.
    • Disadvantages
I'd have to be deep to point out any drawbacks to this Big Head strain. Maybe it doesn't smell sweet and fruity... I don't need fragrant weed. That being said, there aren't really any downsides to speak of.
    • General impressions

I've grown and harvested about 30 of these. Start with T5 for germination, switch to MH LEDs, and veg for up to 60 days. Then, go outside and get ready for what's coming. I wrap each plant in wire fencing and start bending the branches so the plant is 8 feet tall and at least 16 feet in circumference. So easy to grow. I do a lot of low-stress training. A yield of one pound per plant is easy when grown outdoors. To be honest, all of Big Head's genetics are great. This is a huge-yielding plant, though. Thanks, Big Head!
