Z Auto has all the well-known qualities of the original photoperiod Z, plus a few extra traits to make growing her easier than ever.

Genetics

The feminized cannabis strain Z Auto is an Indica-dominant cross of triple Z with a Ruderalis phenotype, whose lineage gives her the autoflowering trait.

Flowering Time

Z has a pretty fast flowering time. She will finish growing after 8-9 weeks, but it can take a week or two more to fully mature depending on the conditions.

Yields

Usually forming one big cola and a bunch of smaller ones around it, the yields will pleasantly surprise growers in terms of both quality and quantity. Expect to harvest 450-500 g/m² (1.47-1.64oz/ft²) indoors and up to 300g (10.6oz) per plant outdoors, easily matching the yields of regular photoperiod plants.

Effects

The effects of Z Auto are typical of an Indica-dominant strain: a long-lasting, relaxing body buzz and feelings of happiness. The high tends to begin in the head before spreading throughout the whole body.

THC And CBD Levels

Her THC content levels can reach as high as 23%, making her very potent, while CBD tends to stay below 1%.

Grow Tips

Z is a compact plant, making her great for stealth grow operations either indoors or outdoors. She has rather large internodes, but they soon get filled with large and dense trichome-covered buds. She can get thirsty, both for water and nutrients, so don’t be afraid to feed her a bit extra.

Her height will stay around 70-100cm (2’3”-3’3”).
Recommended techniques are low-stress training (LST), high-stress training (HST), topping, and defoliation.
This strain is fond of extra water and nutrients.

  Great plant to grow. Very nice for beginners. Put the seed in soil, feed it daily, and in less than 3 months, it gave me 164 grams of trimmed and dried buds and another 20 grams of very smokable trim. Sour berries over sweet citrus. Amazing flavor. I detect a hint of fuel in the back. The effect is magnificent. Almost instant euphoria followed by enough relaxation to be really creative. It has the potential to couch-lock you if you overdo it. Perfect for me. Fastbuds is my go-to for cars.

  Thus, from seed to harvest in exactly 11 weeks.
  I really enjoyed growing this cultivar; I had a deficiency problem at the beginning, but it didn't seem to affect its growth at all.
  It was a purely organic grow, and I plan to continue doing the same in future grows. (4 Fastbuds plants in a 2x2 setup afterward.) I like to keep things simple when it comes to the growing medium; I'm an organic grower, but relatively new to cannabis cultivation. So, I hope that with future growth, I'll start to understand what works and what doesn't for me, because, as we all should know, not all grows are the same.
  Final dry weight of 91.7 grams, very, very happy with this yield. If I were to grow it again, I would definitely use a better LST (low-stress training) method to try and create a more even canopy. And the smell is amazing!!
  Smoke report
  A smooth smoke with a pleasant berry flavor, the effect starts in the head, becomes talkative, and slowly moves to relax the body as you smoke, but doesn't leave you couch-locked. A really enjoyable smoke and I'd smoke it again.

  These girls were a real pleasure to grow! Wonderful aromas. Beautiful buds. Yields look pretty good. I'll update with numbers as soon as possible, along with some regular harvest photos. This is a really potent strain, and the trichomes look fantastic. I'm very impressed with this grow!

  The trichome production was incredible, and over the last two weeks, it really gained weight. The trichomes went from clear to milky to amber much faster than expected. However, I had started flushing two weeks prior, so everything seems to be going well. I cured a small amount with water, and the high is AMAZING! Thanks so much to Herbies! 💖

  Zkittlez is excellent to smoke; it provides a great Indica high that doesn't give me any anxiety. It was a beautiful plant to grow! It thrives on nutrients and light. It developed very thick, heavy buds and yielded 932g from 9 plants in 12 weeks. I will definitely grow it again!

  The buds are absolutely fantastic, they smell and taste amazing. You'll detect notes of candy/fruit. This is one of my favorites! Overall, I'm extremely happy with this grow and the results. I finally feel like I'm starting to understand how to grow, and I can't wait to put that knowledge to good use with the next strain I grow in this tent, which will be Lemon AK!

  This variety grows very quickly! It's not fussy, eats well, flowers quickly, and is easy to train! Its aromas are fantastic! :))
- Disadvantages
  
  It has a very immediate heavy stone effect and a weak high, which is a disadvantage for me.

  I like this strain, but it has low stress tolerance! First, it was stressed during the vegetative stage—the lights were too high for it. And then it was stressed again during flowering when I got carried away and cut too many leaves.
