- For those who buy seeds from Herbies, rest assured that your order will arrive as quickly as possible. I've been growing for over forty years and haven't had a bad experience with Herbies over the years. I live in the United States, and with my last order, the mail got lost. I thought I had emailed Herbies, but since I'm not very good at emailing, they didn't receive it. In short, Herbies helps me send the information so they can resend my order. If I have a very large order, after receiving the information, they send me my seeds. I just want to thank Nicolas and Gabriel because without their help, I wouldn't have been able to send them the information they needed.

- Third order from Herbies. No issues. Serious and professional company. Germination was 100%, huge selection! The seeds are nicely shaped and darker. The last order took 15 days to Oregon. Totally happy with it. Highly recommended.

- Excellent products, great prices, and the BEST customer service I've ever experienced from a company. Whenever there's a problem, you can bet Herbies will fix it! I lost some seeds in the mail, which Herbies replaced free of charge, and I had some seeds that didn't germinate (which is a really rare occurrence), which Herbies also replaced free of charge. I've been a customer for several years and wouldn't buy from anywhere else. With top-quality seeds and their excellent service, Herbies will definitely keep me as a very happy customer!

- Active communication is important, especially if you're in different countries, and Herbie's makes sure you know what's happening with your order. There was a short delay due to COVID, of course, but the order was delivered as expected. The product arrived from Spain in perfect condition, undamaged; flawless!

- This is my second time ordering seeds. All the seeds germinated well, except for my two "extreme impact" seeds. But the rest are beautiful, as you can see, except for the one that was the second "extreme impact" seed. Apart from that one, the seeds arrived on time and have generally been excellent. They have excellent customer service.

- What a fantastic company! I feel like a good friend from overseas just sent me some of their precious belongings. But charged me. Oh well, we have to make a living, lol. My package arrived exactly two weeks to the day. It was bubble-wrapped inside a small silver zip-lock bag. My seeds were labeled and individually wrapped. There was a free pen, a pack of cool skin stickers (sorry for the spoilers...). Excellent service, great prices, and awesome ninja skills.

- Herbie's has always been a pleasure to do business with. I've been buying from Herbie's for years, and this is the only time I've waited so long to receive my order because my first order was held up by customs. The duplicate order had the wrong address, so I was sent another duplicate order, which I finally received only to open and find three of the seeds crushed due to shipping and handling, I'm sure of it. But anyway, Herbie's has always been and always will be my choice for seeds. They respond quickly to emails, stay in touch, and work very well with you to receive your seeds. Thanks again!
