Description

Growing Fast, Tall and Bushy

Being almost a pure Sativa, Chocolate Haze grows as one could expect - fast, vigorous, tall and bushy. This cannabis strain can take any type of training you throw at it so it is well suited for both indoors and outdoors. Chocolate Haze prefers warmer, sunnier and drier environments as its pretty susceptible to mold and mildew so good airflow and some maintenance is required in order to get the best out of it. Buds will be dark-green with bright-orange calyxes, smaller to medium sized but will fill out the branches from top to bottom. Chocolate Haze finishes in just 9-10 weeks, which is quite fast for a Sativa.

- Advantages
  
  I loved raising this girl from beginning to end; it was child's play. She takes nuts well, can handle being treated roughly, and loves to grow huge. I would recommend HST or Scrogg as she grows.
- Disadvantages
  
  I had some problems with mold, but not while growing it; it was my mistake in the drying process, which hopefully won't happen again.
- General impressions
  
  I loved growing this girl; it was easy and fun. It's a really good smoke, definitely a heady one with a creamy, tangy taste, a bit like chocolate, more like good hash with a nice earthy, slightly harsh tone. It would definitely make any unseasoned smoker choke. I left it on for too long, about an hour. I'm not very happy with the final result on my part because I lost over 3 oz of top bud, as is always the case with mold. It was my fault for not having enough airflow during drying, so it could have been more, but I just didn't want to count it as a loss. What was saved, though, is dynamite smoke for sure.
