- Herbies has some of the best, if not the best, customer support I've ever encountered. They were readily available and accessible (my anxiety makes phone calls awful, so the chat system was incredibly helpful), and they responded to and resolved every single issue I had. My package ended up being marked as lost, and they sent a replacement free of charge. I blame the shipping delays on current global events, rather than Herbies, but it was worth the wait. They arrived! I chose the stealth shipping option, and while I won't divulge Herbies' secrets, I will say it was smart of them! Along with their free shipping policy, I don't see myself using another seed bank anytime soon. Thanks to the Herbies team!

- You can't really blame Herbies. I ordered seeds from various companies, but the prices were outrageous! I was looking for a mix pack for a mystery garden, and WOW!!! Herbies hit the nail on the head with an amazing offer! On top of that, I then received some extra gifts—it just kept getting better and better! Anyone looking, don't bother with other seed banks because Herbies, like everything else, would be shocked if it let you down. The support line is good, especially 'Alice,' and overall, I'm buzzing. I won't even look at other sites now. Herbies is my go-to!! 👌

- I would give this less than a zero. It's been well over a month and still no seeds. I ordered my seeds before the Covid-19 pandemic and still no seeds, no compensation, horrible customer service, all the agents lie. I will never buy seeds from this site again.

- I generally prefer to order by credit card or debit card for the ease of processing. I had my eye on a selection of feminized seeds. I usually order regular seeds from American breeders because feminized seeds are very expensive. But as others have already mentioned, ordering from overseas carries risks. The feminized seeds didn't accept credit cards issued in the US, so they recommended Herbies. I'm glad they did! I ended up paying with Bitcoin. Very professional and super efficient company. I sent a bit too much Bitcoin, and the service they use actually returned the excess... I wasn't expecting that... A nice surprise. I haven't received the pack yet (ordered today), but I have no doubt I'll judge it based on the reviews and my experience so far... Well done, Herbies... Order with confidence.
