- I placed my order on September 13th, paid for it, and received it on the 22nd. Super fast shipping considering I live in the US. Customer service guided me through the entire payment process; they were very friendly! This is my first time ordering, but if everything goes well with my strain and germination order, I'll definitely order from Herbies again! I've found my new seed bank! -Thanks

- The website is as good as any other. I haven't received my order yet, but I see it's arrived in the US. After reading the reviews, it seems a lot of your negative points are about shipping. Here are my thoughts on that. Spain is becoming the next Amsterdam for weed. I have no doubt the stoners working at the post office your product goes through are familiar with your packaging methods. Given that many of your negative reviews were about packages getting lost in Spain, that's where they'd get caught. I haven't heard of any of your shipments getting held up in customs since, that's my take on it. Just saying...

- Greetings from Canada! I'm giving Herbies 5 stars because I think they have amazing customer service. My shipment got lost in the mail and didn't arrive, so I contacted Herbies. Without hesitation, they resent my order. Even with all the mess going on in the world, they were sent to me quite quickly. They provided the service you'd expect from Herbies, and the person I dealt with, Vincente, is a great guy. He replied right away and took care of everything for me. Once the plants are ready, I'll send some pictures and give another review. My personal opinion is that if you're looking for seeds, look for Herbies; you won't be disappointed. They had the strains I was looking for, unlike others. Happy smiling Canadian

- Finally arrived. Took 2.5 months. Ordered 3 Grandfather Purps. 2 of the 3 Grandfather Purps didn't germinate. On the last one. Let's hope that's the case. Otherwise, it was all for nothing. One advantage is that they sent 2 autoflowering Gorillas and 1 autoflowering Purp with my order. So I guess they're autoflowering.

It is impossible to guarantee 100% germination as seeds are living biological material and can be affected by a wide range of external factors; however, we do offer a guarantee. The germination rate you experienced is below the guaranteed level, and we have already contacted you to resolve the issue.

- I sat on this for a while, maybe thinking it was something I'd done wrong, but I didn't change anything. I bought two mixed seed stores for €15 each, containing autoflowering seeds, and I had real problems. Some didn't germinate at all, and when they did, it was a mess! The same seeds/strains from the seed stores were great, but these are, and unfortunately have been, disastrous. How can the same strains from the same breeder but a different supplier be so bad? As someone who really enjoys weed and would normally recommend these, these give me serious doubts! Sad results. Sorry.

Seeds are living biological material, and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors, so it would be impossible to guarantee 100% germination every time. But please don't worry, as we guarantee a minimum 70% germination rate, and we have already contacted you by email to resolve the issue.

- Herbies has some of the best, if not the best, customer support I've ever encountered. They were readily available and accessible (my anxiety makes phone calls awful, so the chat system was incredibly helpful), and they responded to and resolved every single issue I had. My package ended up being marked as lost, and they sent a replacement free of charge. I blame the shipping delays on current global events, rather than Herbies, but it was worth the wait. They arrived! I chose the stealth shipping option, and while I won't divulge Herbies' secrets, I will say it was smart of them! Along with their free shipping policy, I don't see myself using another seed bank anytime soon. Thanks to the Herbies team!

- You can't really blame Herbies. I ordered seeds from various companies, but the prices were outrageous! I was looking for a mix pack for a mystery garden, and WOW!!! Herbies hit the nail on the head with an amazing offer! On top of that, I then received some extra gifts—it just kept getting better and better! Anyone looking, don't bother with other seed banks because Herbies, like everything else, would be shocked if it let you down. The support line is good, especially 'Alice,' and overall, I'm buzzing. I won't even look at other sites now. Herbies is my go-to!! 👌
