- I bought Tutankhamun Pyramids 3 plus a bonus seed, and none of them sprouted. I contacted the support line, and they offered me some alternative strains, along with what I ordered, to ensure everything was working properly and gave me a choice. - Shipping took 11 days to Ontario, Canada, which is quite fast considering the delays due to COVID. They even sent a video of the seeds being packaged to make sure I received exactly what I ordered, right in the Breeders pack. Excellent customer service—I'll be ordering again soon!

- I've been using Herbies for several years now without any problems. It's hard to know why 2021 has been so problematic. Is it Covid, or is the UK now outside the EU? I'm still waiting for a delivery that was placed, processed, and tracked in Spain over three weeks ago.
