- In 2020, I purchased a batch of hemp seeds from this website and paid over two thousand USD. They split the order into six shipments, but I only received the first package. I contacted customer service several times, but the issue wasn't resolved. They only knew how to shirk responsibility. They also said they would ensure I received all the seeds beforehand, and if anything went wrong, they would transfer the responsibility to the logistics company. Now, I'm using translation software to write down the facts so other consumers can see my experience before buying. I just want to say that they are a dishonest team that shirks its responsibilities and will only leave consumers with mistakes and losses.

Thank you for sharing your experience with others. Your order was split into 6 separate packages, all of which were shipped on time to the address provided. This part of our responsibility was handled perfectly. According to the USPS declaration and tracking information, all packages were delivered. Officially published information cannot be ignored or disregarded; we rely on it. Since packages in the United States require a signature upon delivery, we requested this information from the Spanish postal service to provide proof. We sent you this information by email and attached all the documents.
All the facts mentioned lead us to affirm that our company cannot be considered dishonest, as we provide all the necessary information, assistance, and most importantly, delivery has been officially confirmed. In the event of loss or seizure of the order, we provide a full refund or a duplicate order. We have experienced cases with problems like this and provide our valued customers with the necessary assistance. All items in your order have been confirmed as delivered and the survey has doubly confirmed this.

- I ordered seeds three times. They came back every time. AL seeds germinated...not a single failure. Don't use anyone else.

- Never had a problem ordering seeds. They always arrive on time. I just wish Herbies would rotate the free seeds. The last two times I ordered, I declined the free seeds because they weren't varieties I care about.

- My wonderful seeds arrived in the US in just 13 days. The ordering process was easy. My seeds arrived nicely labeled in padded packaging. All the seeds seemed viable for germination, so I'm looking forward to sprouting some next month. What I appreciate most about Herbie's Seeds is that you can choose your free seeds from a list rather than buying the infamous "10 + 10" offers of the same strain that other seed sellers offer. Unless you're a serious grower, who wants 20 seeds of the same strain? I will definitely use Herbie's again.

- I just received my order! Yay! It took a month to arrive, but that's probably due to my location. Excellent communication and tracking. The packaging was fantastic and personalized (important given my location), and it even included some gifts! So happy and looking forward to my next grow. Thank you. I love everything about Herbies. I will be back and will recommend them to everyone I can.
