- I'm from New Zealand and this is my first time using Herbies. I'm very happy with the service package, which arrived quite quickly. I would therefore recommend it to others. - I bought Tutankhamun Pyramids 3 plus a bonus seed, and none of them sprouted. I contacted the support line, and they offered me some alternative strains, along with what I ordered, to ensure everything was working properly and gave me a choice. I am grateful and impressed with the customer service. Thank you, Grass Seeds. I will order again thanks to such a good germination rate policy. Sincerely, a Hawaiian in Utah

- Shipping took 11 days to Ontario, Canada, which is quite fast considering the delays due to COVID. They even sent a video of the seeds being packaged to make sure I received exactly what I ordered, right in the Breeders pack. Excellent customer service—I'll be ordering again soon!

- I've been a customer for over 5 years, and this is the best customer service I've ever seen from any 5-star company. They always thank me for being a customer and always find a way to connect me with FREE seeds. They also have amazing promotions running. I love herbs, I'm a customer for life, and I recommend you buy as many of these super high-quality seeds as you can at the lowest prices anywhere right now before you buy them all, lol. Seriously though, the customer service, the overall prices, and the product quality are all top-notch!!!
