- First of all, the website's user interface is definitely one of the nicest and most user-friendly interfaces of most online seed banks. Excellent work with communication and customer support as well. My seeds arrived in India in 18 days without any hassle... even though things got a bit tight at customs. I know it's possible that not all orders I place will reach me, but the fact that you all guaranteed me a 100% refund/reshipment in such a case was incredible reassurance, especially as I'm a first-time customer. Still germinating the seeds, but I'm blown away by how quick and easy everything is, not to mention the gifts you offer :))) Will DEFINITELY be back for more, 5/5 stars. Amazing service, much appreciated <3

- I ordered again, and then they confiscated the seeds at customs. Herbies refunded me every last penny. A pretty fair shop. I'll always order from them. If the seeds don't arrive, they'll refund you or send you free replacements. Nothing bad can happen to you. 😉

- I ordered seeds for last year, and everything went well. Many seeds germinated, but only 3 didn't. Some were successful, some failed. Overall, I give customer service a 5.

- All my strains did very well. They all germinated except for 4 out of 5 of my grandmother's purple seeds. But 4 of my GMP seeds didn't, and my Gelato autoflowering seed didn't sprout. I thought it was just me, but my other 15 seeds germinated and sprouted. This is the first time I've bought seeds online, and I'm just trying to find a place I can trust. The Blueberry Hill is doing just as well as the Gorilla Glue autoflowering one.

- I left messages claiming they've closed. I paid for an order; if that's true, I'd like my money refunded. They're not returning my calls.

- In 2020, I purchased a batch of hemp seeds from this website and paid over two thousand USD. They split the order into six shipments, but I only received the first package. I contacted customer service several times, but the issue wasn't resolved. They only knew how to shirk responsibility. They also said they would ensure I received all the seeds beforehand, and if anything went wrong, they would transfer the responsibility to the logistics company. Now, I'm using translation software to write down the facts so other consumers can see my experience before buying. I just want to say that they are a dishonest team that shirks its responsibilities and will only leave consumers with mistakes and losses.

This part of our responsibility was handled perfectly. According to the USPS declaration and tracking information, all packages were delivered. Officially published information cannot be ignored or disregarded; we rely on it. Since packages in the United States require a signature upon delivery, we requested this information from the Spanish postal service to provide proof. We sent you this information by email and attached all the documents.
All the facts mentioned lead us to affirm that our company cannot be considered dishonest, as we provide all the necessary information, assistance, and most importantly, delivery has been officially confirmed. In the event of loss or seizure of the order, we provide a full refund or a duplicate order. We have experienced cases with problems like this and provide our valued customers with the necessary assistance. All items in your order have been confirmed as delivered and the survey has doubly confirmed this.
