Even after my third order, I'm still impressed by the quality and affordability of this store. The selection is huge, and the germination rate is 99% after just a few tries. I've ordered from stores in the Netherlands and Austria before, but none of them delivered so quickly and also included free seeds or small gifts. Overall, even though the prices have gone up a bit since then, Herbies is a 100% recommendation.

Full 5 stars for delivery to Australia... but unfortunately, out of the 10 seeds ordered, only 2 germinated. The two replacements also sprouted without any problems.

Simply fantastic to order from. My order was lost in transit and was replaced at no extra cost. Now they've opened an express branch in the US, and I received my order within two days of placing it. This is a complete game changer, eliminating the worry of international transactions. Thank you for everything you've done to build trust in your company.

Recently, I received an order from Herbies, and everything was delivered on time. I received exactly what I ordered and paid for. I'm posting this review because some retailers decided to steal my phone and access my information. They discovered I had made a purchase from Herbies and decided to send threatening emails to customer service and post a very negative review! I'm simply here to correct what was said earlier in the emails from my phone, as well as the review I wrote from my phone.

The seeds have arrived! It took a while, but there were a few issues on my end. There were absolutely no problems on Herbie's end, and I would definitely recommend Herbie! I will definitely shop here again.

After a few confiscated seeds, Samuel takes the order correctly and goes the extra mile to satisfy their customer. Excellent service! Good product!
