Unfortunately, I wasn't lucky enough to receive the original package or return it to customs. Australia is very strict about the entry of plant materials. But I took my chances. However, Herbies' customer service was fantastic. I was given the option of a refund or returning the order. I chose to return the package, crossing my fingers. Customs intercepted it. Herbies was genuinely sorry for the turn of events and offered me a refund immediately. The entire process was very professional and quick. My refund was in my bank account within a week. Although I was disappointed not to receive my seeds, Herbies made the experience positive. I will try again in the future.

I LOVE THIS SHOP!!!! I've had the best experience with their seeds and their customer service is AMAZING!!! I've had some perfect orders and others not so perfect, and they've been so helpful and fixed everything for me.

Even after my third order, I'm still impressed by the quality and affordability of this store. The selection is huge, and the germination rate is 99% after just a few tries. I've ordered from stores in the Netherlands and Austria before, but none of them delivered so quickly and also included free seeds or small gifts. Overall, even though the prices have gone up a bit since then, Herbies is a 100% recommendation.

Full 5 stars for delivery to Australia... but unfortunately, out of the 10 seeds ordered, only 2 germinated. The two replacements also sprouted without any problems.
