- In 75% of all orders of this type, something goes wrong. I myself had been looking for a good store for a long time. Less than two days after ordering, the item arrived with UPS cash on delivery! So the shipping and support are above average! The packaging was clean and everything was perfect! Greetings from Bavaria

- My first order was potentially seized or lost upon entry into my home country. Herbies customer service actually contacted me before I did to check if it had arrived, as the tracking showed it had never reached its destination. When I shared the issue, I hadn't received the package, so I quickly reshipped it to my new address. The package arrived safely and discreetly in Australia within two weeks. A huge thank you to Herbies and the team!
