- My first order was potentially seized or lost upon entry into my home country. Herbies customer service actually contacted me before I did to check if it had arrived, as the tracking showed it had never reached its destination. When I shared the issue, I hadn't received the package, so I quickly reshipped it to my new address. The package arrived safely and discreetly in Australia within two weeks. A huge thank you to Herbies and the team!

- The "favorite" bean sprouted, but the "grandma's purple" bean didn't. I have eight years of experience growing beans, but you never know, it might have just been a dud. I still plan to use Herbie again in the near future.
