- Herbies customer service is great. They answered every question I had. My order took a while to arrive, but it finally did. The Vif 19 had something to do with it, I'm sure of it. Thanks, guys.

- I ordered from Herbies in the past when I lived in the UK and never had any problems. After moving to Canada, I tried a more local seed bank, which was a mistake. Everywhere I received my orders, I'll stick with Herbies because I can honestly say it's the only seed bank I've used without any issues.

- I've been doing business with Herbies for about ten years now, and I have to say I've never found a seed company as organized and meticulous online... right down to the fact that they have their own compliance department to oversee and manage. What other company has that?! If there's a problem with an order, they address it immediately via email and online chat. I haven't been disappointed at all, unlike when I've bought from other companies. I had a small issue with an order, and it was resolved within 48 hours. A real credit to the industry.

- Hello, I've been buying from Herbies for ten years and I have to say there's no other seed distributor with their level of expertise and professionalism. They truly are top-notch, and after a slight mix-up, everything was rectified within 48 hours thanks to their own Compliance department. You can speak to someone at any time of day because they are excellent with customer service. Just look at all the reviews left here. It can't be me...!!?? I will continue to use Herbies in the future because I've shopped around a few times and I have to say that Herbies' hands beat them all. And all the freebies they offer can't fool you.
