- Ordering seeds during the coronavirus pandemic is worrying! However, fear not, Herbies is here! You'll have to wait a little longer (I'm based in the UK), but my seeds were shipped from Spain in 2 weeks. You can track your order from the point of origin to your door. Buying seeds is usually a gamble, but with Herbies, you know they've got your back! I ordered Dr. Krippling's Incredible Bulk and received 3 free seeds: Zkittles and Gorilla Glue. I'll be posting weekly updates on these strains. Thanks again, Herbies!

- Great store and service. I ordered some seeds and was worried they wouldn't arrive. I contacted the herb department and they told me they were on their way. Today I received the package and they were there. Thank you so much for your service and I will continue to shop with you. You guys are the best!

- Excellent customer service. From the online agents to the compliance department. I had some germination issues, and some strains were within the germination percentage range. The compliance department handled it completely and quickly.

- I wrote a review and it was deleted. I placed an order on April 20th. I checked the tracking; the last time the tracking information was posted was April 28th from Spain. My order numbers are 829685 and 829684. Where are my seeds? I will update my review once I receive them. I used to get seeds from you; it only took about 10 days. I need my seeds. Thank you.

Regarding orders – the last order has been replaced with a duplicate, and it is now on its way to you. Delivery delays are solely due to the COVID-19 situation, which is negatively impacting delivery times, as stated in the website warning. We regret this has occurred and sincerely hope you receive your replacement soon.
