- I have never experienced such excellent customer service from an online store in my life. I had a mix-up with an order, and it was sorted out very professionally and quickly. I dealt with two separate complaints department employees, and both were amazing. My order was resolved, and I even received extra seeds. Until this year, I used a wide variety of online stores for seeds. From now on, I will only use herbs. The seeds are always in excellent condition, and my experience with the staff was truly inspiring.

- Excellent customer service! I've never experienced such attentive customer service. Great seeds! The first shipment was held up by customs due to strict COVID restrictions. They sent replacements and even included bonus seeds! I've ordered from Herbies three times before, and they've always delivered excellent, true genetics. The germination rate has always been 100%! I'll be sticking with Herbies for my seed needs!

- Herbie's and its compliance department are top-notch. The seeds were delivered within a few weeks. I had to order from a few other shops to get all the varieties I needed, and it's been over a month with still no word from them. I did have a problem germinating a highly rated autoflowering variety that I won't mention. The breeder didn't endorse its viability with Herbie's, but after Herbie's compliance department reviewed the situation, they personally offered to replace the faulty seeds with seeds from other breeders. Excellent organization! Highly recommended. Will order from Herbie's again.

- Okay, so here's my experience buying from this site, and I think it's worth sharing. I ordered some seeds on April 16th. I'm really picky about the strains I grow, so I asked if it was possible to ship them in their original packaging, so I'd be 100% sure I'd receive the ones I ordered. They said yes. I didn't receive them in their original packaging, though. This might not be a problem for most people, but it is for me. But that alone isn't a deal-breaker (is it?). On May 1st (two weeks later), I asked them when my order would be delivered because they clearly state it takes about 10 days to arrive. They said it was a pandemic issue (I have to say, this is the ONLY time I've ordered something with a delivery delay since the pandemic). Still, okay. Around May 7th, I asked them for a refund because I had absolutely no idea when I would receive my order (their tracking system is the worst I've ever seen), but they refused. They told me to wait at least another week before requesting a refund. There were few messages between then and now, but no help whatsoever. They just told me to be patient and things like that. They also told me I would receive a feminized version of the free seeds they give away, but I still received the autoflowering version. In short: they didn't send the original package as I requested, they refused to refund me, they didn't send the correct seeds (feminized instead of autoflowering), and the tracking number was practically useless. I'd like to give them 0 out of 5 stars, but the minimum is 1. Oh, and by the way, my order arrived today (40 days after I paid). So yes, if you're planning to grow next summer and you order your seeds in February, then yes, go ahead. However, there are many other websites like this one that at least provide good seeds in a shorter timeframe. This is by far my worst online shopping experience. I guarantee I will never buy from you again. Have a good day everyone, and shop wisely.

Thank you for your feedback. It's true that the delays occurred last time; due to the COVID-19 situation, the postal service's operating speed was negatively affected. We also have a warning on our website.
Regarding the original packaging – yes, we can send the seeds in their original packaging; you simply need to uncheck the "stealth" option when ordering. Furthermore, as stated in our shipping section, if we ship in original packaging, we cannot provide a duplicate in case of customs issues, which is what happened in your case. Despite this, we sent you a stealth duplicate at our expense, even though it wasn't our obligation, and it arrived successfully.
We regret that you still find our service inconvenient after this, but we respect your choice. We will always be happy to see you again at Herbies.
