- I've been doing business with Herbies for about ten years now, and I have to say I've never found a seed company as organized and meticulous online... right down to the fact that they have their own compliance department to oversee and manage. What other company has that?! If there's a problem with an order, they address it immediately via email and online chat. I haven't been disappointed at all, unlike when I've bought from other companies. I had a small issue with an order, and it was resolved within 48 hours. A real credit to the industry.

- Hello, I've been buying from Herbies for ten years and I have to say there's no other seed distributor with their level of expertise and professionalism. They truly are top-notch, and after a slight mix-up, everything was rectified within 48 hours thanks to their own Compliance department. You can speak to someone at any time of day because they are excellent with customer service. Just look at all the reviews left here. It can't be me...!!?? I will continue to use Herbies in the future because I've shopped around a few times and I have to say that Herbies' hands beat them all. And all the freebies they offer can't fool you.

- Ordering seeds during the coronavirus pandemic is worrying! However, fear not, Herbies is here! You'll have to wait a little longer (I'm based in the UK), but my seeds were shipped from Spain in 2 weeks. You can track your order from the point of origin to your door. Buying seeds is usually a gamble, but with Herbies, you know they've got your back! I ordered Dr. Krippling's Incredible Bulk and received 3 free seeds: Zkittles and Gorilla Glue. - Great store and service. I ordered some seeds and was worried they wouldn't arrive. I contacted the herb department and they told me they were on their way. - Excellent customer service. From the online agents to the compliance department. I had some germination issues, and some strains were within the germination percentage range. The compliance department handled it completely and quickly.
