First of all, we were notified about the first shipment less than 12 hours after I notified them I had received the new tracking numbers. Then, to top it all off, I have NEVER had so much success with seeds, and I've been doing it for 20 years. We ordered 290 seeds. We germinated 150 with a 4:1 ratio of RO water and 3% hydrogen peroxide. We only had 2 that didn't germinate. Wow, incredible numbers! I'm generally 90% satisfied. The customer service is great. The shipping is discreet and fast.

Excellent product, price, and especially customer service. I'm in the US and I understand the potential for "lost" packages. This is my third order of the year, and it finally arrived. That's when I discovered just how good Herbies' customer service really is. Quick communication and resolution. Replacement shipped and received in 9 days, free of charge. It's impressive, THANK YOU! As for the product itself, I have 50 years of experience in this field, for strictly personal use. Extremely viable seeds, healthy plants, and a very accurate description of the final result. As long as I'm above ground and they're in business, I'm a customer.

Great website! Probably the biggest selection I've seen. Very responsive staff, excellent customer service. However, I never received my product. Just a letter from US Customs informing me that it was confiscated in New York. The Herbies did their job, as did US Customs... Customs did it better. Still a great company. Best regards, USA

Order from Herbie's during the holidays. I'm in the US and I sent money... Talk about Nervous, Scared and Freaked Out!!!! As soon as my anxiety started, Herbie sent me a tracking number. I have everything they said I needed now, I'm going to wait for my babies and buy more from Herbie's.
