- Order from Herbie's during the holidays. I'm in the US and I sent money... Talk about Nervous, Scared and Freaked Out!!!! As soon as my anxiety started, Herbie sent me a tracking number. I have everything they said I needed now, I'm going to wait for my babies and buy more from Herbie's.

- This is my first time using Herbies and I highly recommend this site. The best customer service I've ever received, pretty much anywhere. If you have any questions or concerns, the Herbies staff will be happy to help. I was more than pleased to discover I was able to communicate with a real person about my questions instead of a robot that never gives you the answer you're looking for. - Only one of the greenhouse seeds and the lemon skunk beans sprouted. The Blackskull seeds have been fine so far; I had a problem years ago with seeds that weren't what they claimed to be, and they didn't live up to expectations.

Seed banks guarantee maximum germination, meaning that 70% of the seeds in a packet will germinate—for example, at least 7 out of 10 or 3 out of 5. However, cannabis seeds are biological material, and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors. Cases of poor germination are relatively rare, and we have a complaint form to assist our customers should they experience any germination issues. You can fill it out if you have encountered a problem with our seeds, and the compliance officer will contact you shortly.

- I've been using Herbies for almost 7 years now. I must say I've been very impressed by the professionalism of this company. I always receive my order in perfect condition, and I've never had a problem with any of my orders. They usually include original breeder packs, and those that aren't are well-labeled and packaged. Excellent work, guys, and thank you for being there for us American customers. Very reliable!

- The first order never arrived; however, the customer service was exceptional, and another order was sent free of charge just before the 5-week mark. The second order arrived without any problems, quite quickly considering it was during the Christmas season. I was pleasantly surprised to see more free seeds than expected. So far, all the seeds I've started have germinated. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the level of stealth in the packaging. I thought it was quite poor, especially compared to another company I ordered seeds from a few years ago—so 4.5 stars if I could.
