I was very happy with my order, how it arrived, and the number of free things that came with it! Great experience! Awesome website!

The first order never arrived; however, the customer service was exceptional, and another order was sent free of charge just before the 5-week mark. The second order arrived without any problems, quite quickly considering it was during the Christmas season. I was pleasantly surprised to see more free seeds than expected. So far, all the seeds I've started have germinated. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the level of stealth in the packaging. I thought it was quite poor, especially compared to another company I ordered seeds from a few years ago—so 4.5 stars if I could.

First time using Herbies. The seeds arrived very quickly and were discreetly packaged. Bonus seeds were included with our order. I've germinated seeds with a 100% success rate. Overall, I couldn't be happier!
