- Ordered, marked as delivered, obviously to the wrong address. Out of my money, and without seeds. When they claim tracked delivery to anyone's home, you're out of luck, no seeds. I've ordered before without any problems, delivered as expected. Helpful customer service, however, wasn't going to stand by the customer believing I'd never received it. So sad.

Since the order has been marked as "delivered," our obligations are fulfilled, as the order has been packaged, shipped, and delivered—all the terms of the contract between the customer and the seller have been met. - I thought I'd found a great seed bank, but they only exclude certain credit or debit cards. I have a secure credit and debit card, and your system won't exclude any of my cards, so scrape this website and keep looking for one that's allowed to exclude more. They accept all debit and credit cards, but the money after payment showed on my end that the fees had been charged. I didn't take it for granted, but I'm very upset and discouraged by the whole ordeal!
