- I will never order from them again. It's been over a month and I still haven't received any seeds. Now I have to wait even longer because they're out of stock of what I ordered. They should have stayed with the other company I used to order from; I always received my order on time. They won't refund my money, which is a real shame. I've heard a lot of good things about their herbs, but my experience has been nothing but hell.

- Very stressful to use at first. The payment wasn't processed, then Sumone helped me after a week of trying and waiting patiently. Then, I waited again for the order, and I still didn't have a tracking number. So, after 3 days, I inquired about it, and then I received one the next day. Then, the order from Spain didn't move for about 14 days. It was like, "Hmmmm, maybe because of COVID-19," I wondered... no, now it's lost. So they said they had shipped it, which was fine. Look at the reviews; this happens often. Then they told them they couldn't do it because they saw it was out of stock. So, I looked for one, which is what I'd most like, but the second one wasn't a different size—neither smaller nor larger. So, they told me it was sold out and tried to sell me something else. Sill is trying to figure all this out from April 10th to May 19th. SMH is so frustrated... and yes, I've had them in the past and they've never been this bad.

- I waited almost another 5 weeks in Spain, I received a new order, but I'm not sure it will arrive either; they're certainly not rushing to reship. Be wary of your order from the UK to London.

Indeed, the COVID-19 situation is negatively impacting delivery services, and some packages have been delayed or even lost. At the same time, we are shipping every package on time, and we cannot affect delivery because the postal service is a third party and will replace the package if it is lost.

- Herbies has a lot of good strains here, I'm happy with the selection. This time I went with the Purple Cherry Punch, still waiting for them to authorize my payment. It's taking longer than expected, but I'm sure they'll reach me soon. I made the payment three days ago, on February 19th, so they should receive it by Monday and then they can provide me with the final result.

- Ordered, marked as delivered, obviously to the wrong address. Out of my money, and without seeds. When they claim tracked delivery to anyone's home, you're out of luck, no seeds. I've ordered before without any problems, delivered as expected. Helpful customer service, however, wasn't going to stand by the customer believing I'd never received it. So sad.

- I thought I'd found a great seed bank, but they only exclude certain credit or debit cards. I have a secure credit and debit card, and your system won't exclude any of my cards, so scrape this website and keep looking for one that's allowed to exclude more. They accept all debit and credit cards, but the money after payment showed on my end that the fees had been charged. I didn't take it for granted, but I'm very upset and discouraged by the whole ordeal!
