- My first order was potentially seized or lost upon entry to my home country, Herbies customer service actually contacted me before I contacted them to see if it had arrived as tracking showed it never arrived at its destination. When I shared I hadn't received the package, I promptly returned it to my new address. The package arrived within 2 weeks in Australia clean and discreetly. Many thanks to Herbies and the team!

- The freebie sprouted but the Grand mommy purple has failed to sprout. I have 8 years of growing but you never know it may have been a dud bean. I still plan on using herbie again in the near future.

- I have ordered twice for Herbies from NZ and both times the orders made it through. Great discreet shipping and arrived about 2-3 weeks from ordering. 3 out of 10 seeds never germinated but no issues as I have ordered plenty

Regarding germination results, it is difficult to guarantee a 100% germination rate with living organic material, however, our seed banks guarantee at least 7 germinated seeds out of the 10-seed pack, so your result is considered satisfactory. - Great collection, fast delivery. I've been ordering here for 3-4 years and have always had 100% germination. Last order though, none of them germinated 😔 . I understand it happens, maybe just a bad batch.
