We ship orders to all U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

All packages are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) with a tracking number.

All orders are processed for shipping during business days (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET, excluding federal holidays). We dispatch orders for in-stock items within 24 hours once we receive confirmation that your payment was successfully completed. Our dispatch times may be longer in some instances. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays are shipped on the next working day.

Orders typically arrive 48-72 hours after dispatch. However, delivery may take up to 5 days if you placed an order on a weekend/holiday or to a remote address.

Is the shipping and packaging discreet?

Yes, shipping and packaging is very discreet. We mean it. Your order will be shipped in an inconspicuous package, and the outside of the package will simply have the delivery details on it.

When will my parcel ship?

We assemble and dispatch orders on working days within 24 hours after payment has been received. In some instances, it might take longer than that. Orders placed on weekends are processed and shipped on the next working day.

How do I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will get an email with your tracking ID. If you place an order over the phone, you can request your tracking number after the payment is processed. If you can’t find your tracking number in your inbox, please check your spam and promotions folders. If the tracking message is not there, please reach out to us via live chat or email.

How can I track my order?

If you're waiting for your delivery, you can track your package throughout its journey. Simply enter your tracking number or email along with the order number on this page and click ‘Confirm’.

What does it mean if my tracking number is “pre-registered”?

A pre-registered tracking number is one that has been created but is not yet active. Such tracking numbers get activated within two days. After that, you’ll be able to use it to track your parcel.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Does the price include shipping costs and what are they?

No, the prices in our catalog do not include shipping costs. Those are calculated only at checkout and depend on the shipping address.

Currently, we have only one shipping partner: the U.S. Postal Service. They operate one of the nation’s largest logistics networks and serve every residential and business address in the U.S.
