- Herbie's is hands down the best. Best selection and prices. Excellent customer service. Smart stealth shipping and only 10 days from order to arrival in the US. They even sent me a few extra beans. Can't beat Herbie's. Not even close.

- Always use herbies and always same great service! Got my order to me in these difficult times we are all facing! Order was a little late as down to no fault of my own, as I put wring ref number down on payment. Issue was quickly resolved and they gave me extras on top of my extras. Thank you very much.

- The website is top notch. The online agents are wonderful and very well organized and willing to help with all aspects of the service. So I felt comfortable with the order. Good start. Ordered and everything was fine until customs stopped the shipment. This is completely understandable. Resend my order after the usual wait, I had no problem with that. The seeds arrived on time. I was missing several of my free seeds. I contacted agents who, again, were great. Several times I was told I forgot their name and they would be in touch with me the next day. No response from that person and that was only for a few seeds. Seeds that I patiently waited for and understood why. Totally disrespecting a customer after all the other aspects of your business, I consider it a big mistake. More than a few seeds. One unhappy customer can lead to many in the future. All over a few seeds. Thank you and good luck

- Honestly i have ordered from numerous places never had seeds arrive, however i decided to give Herbies a try and straight away you can tell this is a professional company, tracking OMG what other seed joint does that as part of your order, and the speed.? Seriously just under 2 weeks to arrive in Australia - best company i have dealt with am now cracking my numerous seeds, so damn happy will be a loyal buyer from now on for sure..!! Thanks Herbies..!!!!

- Bought here many times before....Always impressed with the seeds....and the resulting plants....However this timed I ordered....the seeds did not come in there original packages.....just little plastic bags with white labels.....????? Like the original parking way better!!????

Our store has guarantees not only for the quality, but also that the parcel will pass the customs. That’s why we have developed and keep upgrading the stealth package to increase chances of parcel passing the customs. For countries outside EU stealth-option is enabled by default.
If you want to receive the seeds in the original breeder’s packaging, you may uncheck the stealth option and we will send the seeds in the original packaging, however, in this case we won’t bear any responsibility if the parcel would be seized by the customs. If the parcel is sent as stealth and seized by customs – we will offer a replacement.
If you have any doubts about the seeds – we can provide you a screenshot of your order’s assembly so you could see that the seeds are taken out of the original breeder’s packaging and placed in the stealth packaging.
