First of all, we were seized on the first shipment. Less than 12 hours after I notified them that I had received the new tracking numbers. Then to top it off. I have NEVER had this much success with seeds and I have been doing this for 20 years. We ordered 290 seeds. We germinated 150 with a 4:1 ratio of RO water and 3% hydrogen peroxide. We only had 2 ungerminated. Amaaaaaah amazing numbers. I am usually 90% pleased. Customer service is awesome. Shipping is discreet and fast.

Excellent product, price, and most importantly, customer service. I'm in the US and understand the potential for "lost" packages. 3rd annual order and it finally arrived. That's when I discovered how good Herbies customer service really is. Fast communication and resolution. Replacement shipped and received in 9 days, no charge. That's impressive, THANK YOU guys. As for the product, I have 50 years of experience in this field, strictly for personal use. Extremely viable seeds, healthy plants, and a very accurate description of the end result. As long as I'm above ground and they're in business, I'm a customer.

Great web site! Probably the largest selection I have seen. Very responsive staff, excellent at getting back to the customers. However, I never received my product. Just a letter from USA customs letting me know it was confiscated in New York.

Herbies did their job, as well as US customs......... customs just did it better. Still a great company.

Order from Herbie's during the Holiday. I am in the States and I sent Cash... Talk about Nervous, Scared and Freaked Out!!!! Soon as my anxiety kicked in Herbie's sent me a tracking number. I got everything they said now I am going to wait on my babies and buy more from Herbie's.

This is my first time using Herbies and I highly recommend this site. The best customer service I've ever received anywhere.
