This is an obligatory measure for card payments on our website. Our respected customers can easily find the information regarding all payment requirements on here: https://herbiesheadshop.com/payments.

Before proceeding with the payment again, contact your bank directly to find out if your card supports 3D-Secure verification codes and allows international transactions. Our payment system doesn't accept Government payment cards, American Express cards, Prepaid cards. When having trouble with payment, please, contact our online managers or fill in a claim form.
