Smell And Taste: Kush & Cookies

When it comes to the flavor palette of Gorilla Cookies Auto, the first thing you’re going to be hit with right after opening the jar with buds is fresh mint chip cookies. When lit, the flower of this cannabis strain exudes a complex blend of kush, lemon, and diesel. The layered nature of Gorilla Cookies Auto remains when you smoke it as well, giving you cookies on the inhale and bright citrus zest on the exhale. Delish!

Gorilla Cookies Auto Grow Info: Sticky, High-Yielding, And Mold-Resistant

Despite being called a gorilla, this autoflowering cannabis strain stays compact throughout its whole lifecycle, reaching only 100-150 cm in height. So, if you’re a little tight on grow space, we highly recommend this autoflower. Even though the plant is pretty short, its production matches those of the highest yielders – expect to harvest up to 650 g/m2 (2.1oz/ft2). The structure of Gorilla Cookies Auto is incredibly sturdy thanks to a thicker main cola, fatter branches, and wide internodal spacing. However, the multiplied resin production may make the branches lean. Here are some tips you may want to follow to make the most out of Gorilla Cookies Auto:

  • Use bamboo sticks or nets for additional support of heavy branches laden with buds.
  • Increase the number of bud sites by defoliating and implementing LST techniques.
  • Gorilla Cookies Auto is a hungry cannabis strain and can take up more nutrients, especially after day 21 of its lifecycle.

Tough, tasty, and hits hard! Found a bit of mold on one dense bud, my bad for poor airflow. Had to chop that plant, the buds were thick and hard like plastic. The other two I’ll keep for about a month. They’re frostier and growing faster anyway.
The one I chopped was still nice and sweet. Trimmed everything, some dried long, and some quick in the oven with a fan. Smoked it with a buddy, he said it felt like it was touching his brain. zoned out on the console...
Tiny plant in the pic is Amnesia Lemon freebie.
      Take care, everyone!

She lives, flowers, and smells great even with my clumsy hands. First grow ever, zero experience. Ordered seeds, got some nice freebies too, that was sweet. Started two in cotton pads, one in water with peroxide. The one in water sprouted faster so I ditched the pads and soaked the other two in water. After three days first one had a 7 mm taproot, the others around 4 mm.
Mixed up store soil, coco, and perlite, half and half. Washed the coco once, tossed the dust, kept the chunky stuff, mixed everything well. Filled three plastic cups, poked 1 cm holes, put the seeds sideways, covered them and topped with clear cups. Two popped fast, one lagged about a day. The tallest one stretched too much and snapped at the base under its own weight. I was gone for a day, came back and it looked like a sad noodle. Propped it up with a matchstick and it lived!
Once they had their second set of leaves I moved them into 15L pots. Should’ve done that from the start, because I tore a ton of roots transplanting. Big stress moment.
Running two 135W boards plus corner lights (2x16W and 2x18W), 60x100x180 tent, 18/6 light cycle, around 25°C. Sometimes hit 30°C – too much. Didn’t use nutes until flower, then grabbed GHE Flora Gro, Bloom, and Micro. Mixing at 50% dose, slowly upping. Two fans for airflow, used to keep a bowl of water for humidity but ditched it. Watering when top soil dries, feeding every other watering. Smell starting to kick in – time to set up the filter. ph around 6–6.5.
Had some leaf issues (yellowing, clawing), adjusted light distance to 35–45 cm from canopy. Growth slowed a bit, but side branches are stretching. Trimmed some fan leaves for light. Sticky buds forming and looking sweet. Any advice or feedback welcome! Peace, everyone.

Got nothing bad to say - this one’s a beast! I grew it four times and probably always will. Never got less than 130 g! Of everything I grew its still my #1 pick. Right now I’m slowly trying out some of the new strains but that’s another story. The gorila cookis on the photo was indoors, got 180g dry. I took her outside in the greenhouse to chop. Wishing everyone good vibes, warm tents, easy grows, and heavy harvests!

Pretty solid strain. Grows like crazy in good conditions temps above 20°C and strong light. Indoors under a 250W HPS plus two 70W LEDs hit full size in about two months. Fed Yaramila one teaspoon per 5L, watered once a week, 25L pot. Pic’s about week 7–8. Then moved her outside, survived almost freezing nights around +2-3C for a couple weeks. Thought she was done for, but nope! Didn’t grow much while it was cold, but as soon as it warmed up she took off like a rocket. Super tough plant. No downsides so far. Straight fire, highly recommend.
