If your order is not shipped right after you place it, no need to worry – it will be dispatched the very next working day. We might contact you in case our order processing team needs to verify your shipping details to make sure that your order is shipped correctly. Remember, the sooner you help us verify your shipping details, the sooner your order will be dispatched.

Shipping to the USA: Recipient’s signature is required. In case of absence, you will be able to pick the package up from the post office during the next 15 days. The approximate delivery time is 4-8 days. You can also order your seeds from our Herbies USA Express brand. It ships across the U.S. via USPS within 2-3 business days.

Shipping to the UK: Orders arrive within 4-8 days from the date of payment receipt.

Shipping in Europe: During our business days orders are shipped out within 24 hours from the moment the payment is received. We provide the following delivery methods for European countries:

  • Certified Mail: Delivery time ~ 7-11 days
  • Ups Standard: Delivery time ~ 4-7 days
  • Ups Express Saver: Delivery time ~ 2-4 days

UPS delivery is available for clients from the EU. Its price and delivery time are calculated at the checkout. Please note, UPS will require the recipient’s phone number to provide their services.

Shipping to Australia and New Zealand: Recently, we’ve been facing issues with customs clearance for orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand. That’s why we’ve introduced a mandatory insurance policy specifically for shipments to these countries. In the event that your shipment is not delivered, we offer up to two reshipments at no additional cost. In such cases, please provide a new address for delivery. Note that we do not provide refunds for undelivered shipments. The insurance fee is automatically calculated based on the value of your order and is non-refundable.

Worldwide shipping: International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks from the payment confirmation date to the day of delivery.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Herbies Seeds ships worldwide, but we ask you to check your local laws before ordering - laws differ from country to country, and from state to state. By ordering from our site, you are confirming that you are OK to do so.

Is my shipping discreet?

We guarantee complete discretion in shipping any orders. For the sake of your privacy, Herbies isn’t mentioned on the envelope, and labels do not contain any information besides the delivery details.

What should I do if I get an interception letter from customs?

If customs authorities seize your parcel, you’ll get an interception letter. Please make sure to send us a photo or scan of this letter in full via email, live chat, or any other customer service channel. We’ll need this to check that your order has been seized and provide a replacement package.

If you get an interception letter, don’t worry – it has no legal consequences for you. After all, we take responsibility for delivery or non-delivery, unless the parcel doesn’t arrive as a result of the customer’s actions.

When will you ship my order?

We assemble and dispatch orders within 24 hours after payment has been received during working days. On rare occasions, it might take more time than that. Orders placed on weekends are processed and shipped on the next working day.

Once I’ve placed an order, how do I get my tracking number?

You’ll get an email with the tracking number after your order is dispatched. Orders are normally processed on weekdays and dispatched within 24 hours (rarely, it can take longer).

If your tracking number is not in your inbox, be sure to check your spam and promotions folders. If the tracking message is not there, please contact us via [email protected] or our live chat.

How can I track my parcel?

You can use our Tracking page to track your order. To see the location of the parcel, you will need to provide either your tracking number or your email address along with the order number.

What is a “pre-registered” tracking number?

When a tracking number is “pre-registered,” it has been created but has not yet been activated. Tracking numbers with this status will become active within two days – after that point, you’ll be able to track the location of your order.

Do you ship to my country?

To check whether Herbies Seeds ships to your country, use our shipping calculator. If your country is not on the list, it means that we do not ship there at this time.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

This will vary based on multiple factors, including your location and shipping method. For a more accurate estimate of how long your order will take to arrive, please check our shipping calculator.

Can I change my shipping address after I placed my order?

All orders received by Herbies Seeds are processed within one working day. If you realize that you provided us with inaccurate shipping information, please contact us immediately and state your order number – we will do our best to accommodate your request to change the shipping address. However, once your order has been packed, it will no longer be possible for us to modify it.

Is the shipping cost included in the seed price and what is it?

The shipping costs aren't included in seed prices. The shipping cost will be charged on top of that, depending on the shipping method and carrier you select at the checkout.

However, when you order at least 162.23 AUD worth of seeds to anywhere within the European Union and the UK, your shipping will be free.

What company do you ship with?

Currently, we ship with Correos, UPS and Tipsa. You can find more info on shipping and calculate costs/estimated time of delivery at the top of this page.

What if I haven’t received my order?
