How long does it usually take for a package to be delivered to Australia?

Delivery usually takes 14-21 days after payment is confirmed and the order is shipped.

Will the seeds in my package be well-hidden from others?

For Australia, we offer enhanced stealth shipping and hide the seeds inside items that don’t arouse suspicion to minimize the risk of seizure at customs.

What should I do if my package is held up at customs?

Every order to Australia is covered by mandatory insurance, which guarantees that if customs seizes your order, we’ll offer you up to two free reshipments. Just message us via the support chat.

Payment in Australia

In which currency is the payment processed – Australian dollars or euros?

All card transactions are processed in euros. If your card is denominated in AUD, the amount is automatically converted, and you’ll see the amount in your own currency on your bank statement.

What payment methods are available in Australia?

The easiest way to pay for an order in Australia is with a credit or debit card. You can also make a bank transfer to our European bank account.

Will I have to pay any extra fees?

Your bank or payment provider may charge a currency conversion fee. The only additional charge on Herbies’ side is shipping insurance, which covers up to two free reshipments for added peace of mind.

Are there any restrictions on cards or bank accounts?

Herbies accepts only eligible standard debit or credit cards with 3D Secure. Make sure international transactions are enabled on your card. As for banks, you won’t be able to make a payment through ANZ. Make sure your bank supports transfers to Caixa.
