- I can't place an order because my credit card isn't working. I called my bank, and it's not their fault. I tried calling customer support, but no one called back. Very frustrating.

- OH MY GOD! I placed my order here in New Zealand on January 1st (New Year's Day), which would still have been New Year's Eve in Europe at the time. It arrived yesterday, January 14th. TWO WEEKS!!! For those of you who haven't seen an atlas, New Zealand is farther away than Australia, and it arrived a week faster than any of these other reviews. I'm impressed! It's labeled so you know what's what, has some nice rolling skins, and I love the stickers. I won't say how or in what it was packaged; I don't want to make customs' job any easier, do I? ;) I'll take pictures and post reviews of the plants when they're finished. I could give it 6 stars.

- Excellent service as usual. There was an extra wait time due to COVID-19. I would have given it 5 stars, but I'll always feel like I'm getting an autoflowering seed, no matter what I choose. Great website and customer service. The seeds were also up to par with the best of the best varieties.

If you mean an automatic gorilla glue, a bonus seed—that's a bonus seed with every purchase—but we also have photoperiod bonus seeds; just contact our chat assistants if you'd like to change them.

Cannabis seeds are living biological material, and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors. SeedBanks guarantees that at least 70% of the seeds—for example, 7 out of 10 or 2 out of 3—will germinate. For the rare cases of germination rates below 70%, we have a complaint form available.
