- Excellent service as usual. There was an extra wait time due to COVID-19. I would have given it 5 stars, but I'll always feel like I'm getting an autoflowering seed, no matter what I choose. Great website and customer service. The seeds were also up to par with the best of the best varieties.

If you mean an automatic gorilla glue, a bonus seed—that's a bonus seed with every purchase—but we also have photoperiod bonus seeds; just contact our chat assistants if you'd like to change them.

- The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wouldn't order from Herbies if it were free. I was promised that my seeds, worth over £300, were on their way. I was here in less than a week, so the message is signed, and the problem isn't the herb. Then, they promised a refund in a few days or less, which hasn't happened yet, and there doesn't seem to be any evidence or lies in the emails and the advisor's chat. If you order today, tough luck, and you'll receive your order by Christmas. The body of this message would serve as proof for me; I'd be happy to send copies of the chat and emails.

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced such inconveniences with our service.
As a direct consequence of the COVID-19 situation, postal and courier delivery times have been negatively affected. We sincerely regret this situation.
However, the postal service is a third party, so we cannot control their speed. We packed and shipped the parcel correctly and on time, but delays occurred during transit.
The refund has been processed; the time it takes depends on the payment system you used and your local bank.
