- I've left messages in regards to supposedly they have closed I have paid for an order if this is true I would like my money back they are not returning my calls

- Great collection, fast delivery. I've been ordering here for 3-4 years and have always had 100% germination. Last order though, none of them germinated 😔 . I understand it happens, maybe just a bad batch.

- Recommended.... First time buying here from Chile. They told me it would take 19 to 23 days, but surprisingly, it took 18 days to arrive at my door. It's practically like buying here in Chile. The seeds come in bulk bags, but for me there is no problem, less waste in the environment. The gifts, many, and all good. - In 2020, I went to this site to buy a batch of hemp seeds and paid more than two thousand USD. They divided the shipment into 6 batches, but I only received the first package. The other one was received. I contacted customer service several times. It wasn't resolved. They only know how to shirk responsibility. They also said that I would make sure I received all the seeds beforehand. When something happens, I would transfer the responsibility to the logistics company. Now I use translation software to write down the facts, just so other consumers can see my experience before purchasing. I just want to say that they are a dishonest team that shirks responsibility and will only leave mistakes and losses for consumers.

This part of our responsibility was handled perfectly. According to the USPS statement and tracking information, all packages were delivered. The officially published information cannot be ignored or accepted; we rely on it. Since packages in the United States are delivered with a signature required, we requested this data from the Spanish Post Office to provide proof. We sent this information to you by email and attached all the documents.
All the facts mentioned lead us to affirm that our company cannot be classified as dishonest, as we provide all the information, assistance, and most importantly, the delivery has been officially confirmed. In case of loss or seizure of the order, we provide a full refund or a duplicate order. We have cases with problems like this and provide our respected customers with the necessary assistance. All parts of your order have been confirmed as delivered and the investigation has doubly confirmed this.
