- I love herbs... I just received my third order and I can't wait to germinate them and get them in the ground! Shipping took a little longer, because of this covid pandemic, 22 days this time, around 14 days last year, but oh well. The quality of the plants I've grown from previous orders has been amazing! Some of the best cannabis I've ever had the chance to experience... Herbies is the only seed bank I even consider, when it comes to ordering seeds. I love the catalog, the pictures, and the generally detailed descriptions of the plants' qualities and specifics...

- Always used Herbies back when I lived in Scotland,now I am in Canada and have started using Herbies again.
I NEVER had any delivery issues or problems with seeds purchased from Herbies back in Scotland,awaiting my first delivery in Canada just now and expect no issues.

- I would rate this less than a zero It's been well over a month and still no seeds, I ordered my seeds before the covid19 pandemic and still no seeds no compensation horrible customer service all agents are lying I would never buy seeds from this site again.

Seed banks guarantee maximum germination, meaning that 70% of the seeds in a pack will germinate, for example—at least 7 out of 10 or 3 out of 5. However, cannabis seeds are biological material, and their ability to germinate can be affected by a wide range of external factors. Instances of poor germination are relatively rare, and we have a complaints form to assist our customers with any germination issues. You can fill it out if you have experienced a problem with our seeds, and the compliance officer will contact you shortly.

- I ordered my first seeds at the end of October. The first seeds were confiscated on December 3rd. I informed Herbies, they mailed duplicates and I just received my seeds. The virus was the cause of the delay, they said, but when tracking, I could see the seeds settling for 3 weeks in the same spot with both orders. Delivery was not fast at all.

- Herbies has great service. My order was lost in the mail so they sent a duplicate. I ended up getting both packages and I’m glad I did. Would rate 5 stars but some of the seeds are very very small. I will update in the future depending if they germinate or not

- I will never oder from them again been over a month and still no seeds now i have to wait longer cause they are out of stock of what i ordered should have stayed with the other company i was ordering from i always got my order with no delays they wont refund my money its a dam shame i heard alot of good things about herbies but my experience is hell never again

- Very stressful to use first the payment did not go through then got sumone to help me after a week of trying next wait Patiently. Next wait again to get order and tracking number again did not get one. So after 3 days asked about it then got one next day. Then order Spain did not move for like 14 days was like mmmmm maybe because of covid-19 like me ask .... no now lost. So they Said they Re send it was like ok. Look at reviews and happens a lot . Next was told that they can not do because sees r out.. so i looked yes for one it is what was the one i would of like to have the most but the second was not in different size less or larger. So way was told was sold out and tried to sell me something else. Sill trying to figure this all out from April 10 to M ay 19. S.M.H. so Frustrated ... and yes i had ues them in the pass and never this bad
