Indeed, the COVID-19 situation is negatively affecting delivery services, so some packages have been delayed or even lost. At the same time, we ship every package on time, and we cannot affect delivery because the postal service is a third party and will replace the package if it is lost.

- Herbies has a lot of good strains here, I'm happy with the selection, this time I went with the purple cherry punch still waiting for the authorization that they received my payment, it's taking longer than expected but I'm sure it will reach them soon. I made the payment 3 days ago on February 19th, so they should receive it by Monday and they will be able to provide me with the final result

Regarding orders - the last order was replaced with a duplicate, and it is on its way to you now. Delivery delays are only occurring due to the COVID-19 situation, which is negatively affecting delivery times, as stated in the warning on the website. - ok so here's my experience buying from this website and i think that it's worth sharing. I ordered few seeds on april 16th. im really picky when it comes to the strains i'm growing so I asked if it was possible to ship them with their original packages so i'm 100% sure i'm receiving the ones that i purchased. they said yes. I didn't receive them with their original packages, tho. may not be a problem for most people but for me it is. but that alone isn't a deal breaker (is it?). on may 1st (2weeks later), i asked them when my order will be delivered since they clearly say it takes about 10 days to arrive. they said it was a pandemic issue ( i gotta say that it's the ONLY time i ordered something with shipping delay since the pandemic). Still, fine. on may 7th or so, i asked them a refund since i had absolutely no idea when i was going to receive them (their tracking method is the worst i've ever seen) but they didn't want to. they asked me to wait at least another week to ask for a refund. few messages between this date and today but no help at all. they just asked me to be patient and stuff like that. they also told me i'd receive a feminized version of the free seeds that they give for free but i still received the auto version.
long story short: they didn't send the original package like i asked, they didn't want to refund me at all, didn't give the right seeds (feminized instead of autoflo) and the tracking number was pretty much useless.
I would like to give them a 0/5 star but the minimum rate is 1. Oh and by the way, my order arrived today ( 40 days after my payment).
so yes, if you plan on growing next summer and you order your seeds on february then yes, go for it. Howhever there's alot of other websites like that who at least gives the right seeds in shorter delays. This is by far my worst experience on buying something online.
I guarantee i'll never buy from you guys again.

Thank you for the review. It's true that the delays occurred last time, due to the COVID-19 situation, which negatively affected the postal service's work speed. We also have a warning on our website.
Regarding original packaging - yes, we can ship seeds in original packaging, just uncheck the "stealth" option when ordering. Also, as stated in our shipping section, if we ship in original packaging, we will not be able to offer a duplicate in case of customs issues, which was the case. Despite this, we sent you a stealth duplicate at our expense, even though it was not our obligation, and it reached you successfully.
We regret that you still find our service inconvenient after this, but we respect your choice. We will always be happy to see you again at Herbies.

- I thought I had found a great seed bank but they only exclude certain CC or debit cards. I have a secured credit and debit card and your system will not exclude my cards at all so scrape this website and keep looking for one that is allowed to except more, all, etc. debit and credit cards but the money after payment showed on my end that the charge had been made but this was not taken as money but very upset and disheartened with the whole ordeal!!!

- Ordered, declared delivered, obviously to the wrong address. OUT OF my money, no seeds. When they say they deliver via tracking to anyone's house, you're dead, no seeds. I've ordered before with no issues, delivered as expected. Helpful customer service, however, wasn't going to stand by the customer believing I never received it. So sad.
