High Resistance and Short Flowering Time

Frisian Dew genetics are 50% Indica-Sativa. Resulting from the blend of a Super Skunk and a Purple Star, this plant develops well in outdoor environments because of its high mold resistance, making it simple to grow and harvest even in the coldest climates.

Frisian Dews phenotypes succeed well in greenhouses and outdoors. The strain can grow up to 3 meters and produce over 1 kg of buds with a fruity taste. Her photoperiod dependence demands at least 18 light hours during vegetation and 12 hours during flowering. The blooming phase won't take more than 8 weeks and, if grown outdoors, harvest should be scheduled for the end of October. The buds take a purple color, which delights the view of any grower. The THC level is average but enough to provide a strong and long lasting relaxing effect. Overall, this variety grows easy without demanding special care, a fact that makes her suitable for the less experienced.

Growing Frisian Dew was a fantastic experience! The strain produced robust plants with beautiful purple hues and a wonderful aroma of sweet herbs and lemon. The high was relaxing and a bit dreamy, perfect for unwinding. Despite some issues with its size, the overall yield and quality were impressive.

Growing Frisian Dew outdoors was easy. Its high resistance to mold and short flowering time suited my setup perfectly. I had some difficulty with its height, but pruning it regularly kept it manageable. Its fruity aroma and relaxing effect are exceptional.

      Beautiful plant to grow.
    • Disadvantages
      Nothing
    • General impressions

It has been extremely good in very good weather. The summer was very cold and in autumn nights the temperature drops to 0 degrees, but the plant did not do that at all. It gave me beautiful big solid buds with beautiful purple colors. I have had it for 2 years now and I am definitely growing again next year. Great work Dutch passion.

Two seeds appeared in mid-April. They were among the first to germinate and begin growing. Three weeks after germination, one of the seedlings had 5 nodes and was the strongest of two dozen other seedlings. The other planting had only 3 nodes and was of average strength.
One glider was planted in a 35-liter container in early June and grown in a garden. The other was planted in a pre-prepared hole in a guerrilla garden in the countryside (adding composted manure, worm castings, and dolomite lime to the soil).
The plant in the garden had minor insect problems in June and recovered without any problems. The guerrilla grower was about 170 cm tall at the end of June, a distinctly built sativa and about 16 nodes, with tiny buds beginning to form.
At the end of August, the guerrilla plant was damaged by deer (about 25 cm of outer bark and lower branches were chewed). The buds are still growing and the pistils are already turning brown. Unlike the garden plant, there was very little leaf chlorosis on the guerrilla plant.
Both plants finished a week in mid-September, producing plump, fleshy buds with small leaves. The scent is delicate, fruity, and rather unobtrusive. The garnish was a piece of cake.

      Grande tension

Great outdoor tension for growth, nice yield. The smell and taste are unique - a grocery store that can't be placed with notes of some kind of fruit. High is pleasant, medium for good herbs. Would dive it again. Set outdoors in northern New England during a rainy summer and had no problems. Looking forward to trying Friesian duck...

Frisian Dew is a very tasty strain. It tastes piney and like herbs. The effects are very much a mix between an abdominal high and a nice relaxed/uplifted mood.

    • General impressions

Great strain for Northern Europe, or similar climates. Great acclimated genetics!!!
A must for outdoor growing, it started flowering early and was ready by the 3rd week of September, just before the "big rain" came.
She developed Huuuge Maincolas and big pimples around.........
very economical plant, lots of flowers, fewer leaves, easy to garnish
      a real egg-eating plant

Easily reaches full maturity at 54 lat.
    • Disadvantages

    • General impressions

I’ve been cultivating this strain for a long time, about 10 years. Beautiful strain with perfectly balanced effect! The yields are always above average and it grows perfectly at 54 lat. I’ve met 2 phenos of this plant. The first one starts flowering 3 weeks earlier and finishes in at the end of september, and the second one needs more time until mid-october. Both turn blue every time and are perfect for cloning. The clones are ready to plant in just two weeks after clipping them off. I was growing one of my bushes for 5 years straight. I usually have my clones outdoors in early may because
even if there’s a little freeze it’s not a big deal for them and they stay strong. In the end of July or early August I make new clones and keep them in vegetation till next year. I also tried pollinating them but nothing good came out of it! This strain doesn’t really have a male in nature, only fems. I’ve tried many other strains but this one is great. And it’s also really potent with a nicely balanced effect. And it’s not just my opinion! Grow it, it’s worth it
